The front desk was always pleasant and very friendly. Their breakfast was hot; however, it was hard to get any food because of children running back and forth. A good idea would have a sign up to have children under age 12 to be accompanied by adults. Other than that we would stay here again.

I want to share the feedback about my experience staying at this hotel was not so great. :(. I was so disappointed about the guest room telephone and coffeemaker are not working properly. It was not my fault. It looks alike the previous guests probably did damage these things. :-(. Also, the big part is that it looked alike the previous guest or somebody damaged the blind shade. Also, the bath tub looks alike not clean due it has a damage spot. I remembered that I did report to the front desk at the check in and she did filled out a damage slip about the Curtis blind shade part need to fix. I did keep trying follow up emails to the GM and she never response my recently email after they supposed to let me know about a final decision with the assets need to fix. I also did try request compensation for this stay and again I never heard from the GM. I also did report to the IHG through the social media messenger and it sounds alike they do not hate about the guests and they only support to the hotels’s decisions. :-( Please let me know what you do think. I am waiting hear from you, GM with your final decision.

Fantastic hotel, great staff. 10/10 would stay again. Room was clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were looking for something close to the island without being on the island and we have found our place to come again and again. Will absolutely be back to enjoy this hotel.

The rooms are relatively clean. The location is ideal. The staff at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. Lying to guests, giving a fake name when asked, very matter of fact, and straight rude. No customer service acumen at all. Definitely ruins a stay. Plenty of other hotels nearby that know how to treat guests.

The hotel check in was a little hectic but it was ok since they only had 1 person working and there were like 5 groups of people waiting to be checked in. She was very apologetic and also thanked us for being an IHG member. The hotel smelled really good and the rooms were very nice and the SMELL like I need that air freshener at home. The breakfast was good. The rooms are so quiet and you will have no trouble sleeping. If you are in Beaufort YOU NEED TO STAY HERE. THIS HOTEL IS SO CLEAN. THE STAFF ARE SO AMAZING. STAFF THEY ARE SO NICE CLEAN -THIS HOTEL IS SO CLEAN ROOMS- The rooms are fresh and renovated smells really good once again. *we stayed here in September 2022 but I’m sure nothing changed and they probably have went above and beyond in ways to be even more better*

Overall, great experience way better than the other hotel. Only thing is I wish that when they made an omelette, they said there was meat in it due to the fact I do not eat red meat. But anytime I travel with my company I would stay here over and over again!

We were checked in by a woman with a huge smile (no name tag) and greeted like old friends. We got settled in our room and then left for a bit. We had an AC problem in the room (it turned on the system but would not shut off at the set temperature) so when we got back to our room it was 58°! We turned on the heat and left again, and when we returned, it was 88°. We explained the problem to Austin and he got right on it, getting the maintenance supervisor involved. Austin was very hall and also very welcoming and eager to make sure everything was okay with our room. They got it fixed and we had a very pleasant second night in that room. Rooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast was superior to other free breakfasts we have had at other brands. Maid service was daily and excellent. Checkout was fast and efficient. This was our second time to stay here and it was as good the first time!

Came to visit a friend and we needed a night away from her family to just relax. This was exactly what we got. Austen at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating and made our check-in, stay, and check-out the smoothest I have ever experienced. I will be booking here again the next time I come to visit!

Great, hotel in a great location! I had to leave before breakfast was available and they were kind enough to make me a little to-go bag with a muffin, apple, nutri-grain bar etc. Rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed 4 nights and would recommend this hotel. Very thoughtful!
