Quiero destacar especialmente positivamente a su Señoría en la recepción, que fue muy amable y nos dio buenas pistas, y que, en caso de que se planteara un problema con nuestra duración de estancia, se mostró muy atractivo y acogido."

"It is a real shame when you arrive at your ski location and then don't get the room combination you have booked for years and ordered again last time. It is true that we were given a different room name in the confirmation message, but without mentioning the difference to the reservation. It is particularly unfortunate when the manager of the hotel says very arrogantly and condescendingly: "We made no mistake" and otherwise does not care about the guest's discomfort and feeling of being disturbed. The confirmation given does correspond to the room combination now offered, but a note that the rooms are different to those in previous years and as requested would have been very nice and, in our opinion, to be expected. Another striking feature was the bills, which were repeatedly criticized, as one time there was wine that had not been consumed, another time breakfast despite having booked full board (?) - Anyone who thinks evil is a scoundrel, hopefully not a system! In any case, we have drawn our conclusions and decided that this was our last stay at Burg Vital and have booked another hotel for the next season, which welcomed us with open arms. We wish you luck, but unless the attitude and service to guests changes, one star after another will burn out!"

Empezando por la recepción,el personal, la bienvenida, las instalaciones y terminando por la ubicación y una cocina excelente 🥘 solo puedo decir que estoy esperando volver 🫠 La oferta de masajes y tratamientos cosméticos, una maravilla 🤩 Por último, la noche con música en vivo creó un ambiente superdivertido ,conocimos a gente de todos lados con muy buena energía. "This was a special stay. We booked early, already somewhere in December, for our stay beginning of June a stay on our cycling holiday from Belgium to Italy. But somewhere end January, beginning of February the hotel decided - for all sound reasons - to reduce opening days in Spring (a traditional low season period) and close on Sundays and Mondays. We had booked arriving Monday. As we were not flexible in the day of our stay, the hotel manager prepared a room for us and personally gave us a warm welcome and walked us to our room. We had a very relaxing night in the hotel where we were the only guests. A special experience with many thanks to Tomas, the manager."

"I’m very sensitive and find travel difficult due to chemicals, EMF and limited food choices. Hotel Goldener Berg was perfect for me on all levels and beyond. My room was beautiful (with the most amazing views of the alps - see photos) and had no chemical smell. They’re eco certified so all products are good for sensitive types. There’s a switch to turn power off in the room for electrical detox. I did this at night and slept so well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many healthy options (even a make your own fresh juice station) as well as more traditional buffet food. All extremely high quality and delicious. The restaurant was accommodating to my dietary requirements and the food there was beautiful also. There’s a tea station where you can brew your own herbal teas with dozens of options! The saunas were the nicest I’ve experienced, pristinely clean and the traditional one was really hot. They also have a lower temperature bio sauna with herbal infusions. The staff were courteous and friendly, every detail has been thought of here. It really was perfect. I highly recommended a visit here in the summer time if you enjoy nature, hiking, yoga, spa treatments or just relaxing in a beautiful place with clean air. I feel so good after my stay here :)"

"Fue muy bonito en general. Una agradable recepción, personal amable, habitaciones hermosas. La comida fue excelente. También fue muy bueno que se pudo llevar a su perro a comer. Claro que no en todas las habitaciones. Pero no me pareció tan bueno que tuviera que sentarse así por eso. Me pareció que había algo perdido. Claro que no era así en la terraza, sentado con las demás personas. Pero de lo contrario, realmente recomendar."
