The house is close to town and the many wineries that Marlborough has to offer. Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. The property is well laid out and basically furnished. The TV has all Freeview channels and Netflix available. The kitchen, dining and lounge is open plan, with bifolds opening out to the back deck and garden. Free fibre optic WIFI for guest use. There is a heat pump in the lounge and a heat pump in each bedroom, and a night store heater (comes on at 11pm and off at 7am daily) so the house is warm and cozy in winter. Blenheim is the gateway to the South Island and only 25 mins drive from Picton and the Marlborough Sounds.
