Absolutely brilliant the apartment was spotless, clean and fresh, the customer service experience was 5*. Have been blackpool many times wishing had known about this place sooner would of booked here all the time. It has everything that you need and a little more. Excellent location right on the sea front and within a 1 min walk to the tram stop. Excellent is all I can say. 1000% will be returning and would recommend to everyone. On arrival I was greeted at the reception desk. Check in was simple, I was given the room key I had booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised that I'd been given a large twin room with a full bathroom with bath and shower overhead. There were 4 large towels and 2 hand towels on the rail and a towel footmat. My room had a Seaview overlooking the illuminations and the Giant promenade Mirrorball. A tram stop was a 2 minute walk away (beside the Mirrorball) The room was warm, it had 2 large radiators with a further radiator and the heated towel rail in the bathroom. I had a walk along the illuminations, intending to get a tram back from the tower, it was a nice night so I walked both ways. I had a very reasonably priced pint in the bar before retiring. The bed linen a was spotlessly clean crispy white with lovely fluffy pillows to match. After a good night's sleep it was down for b/fast in the lovely wood panelled dining room, there was the usual starter / continental selection. Then the delicious plated full English served on hot plates was brought to your table, along with as much tea or coffee and toast as you required. I attended the lovely Rememberance Service (the purpose of my Blackpool visit) at the Blackpool Cenotaph on the Sunday morning then a slow walk back to the hotel along the seafront looking forward to my 2nd nights stay. I enjoyed my w/end at the Headlands, to me part of the hotels appeal/charm, was the lovely wood panelling throughout the main areas (some would call it 'old fashioned') plus the genuine friendliness of any of the lovely staff I met over the 3 days. The price I paid was a lot less than some of the more traditional B&B's wanted for Bed only. Would I stay again? ........ A definite 100% I would!

Habiendo leído muchas opiniones sobre este hotel agradablemente sorprendido lo agradable que fue Kyle fue muy agradable al llegar explicado todo sobre el hotel, estacionamiento es alrededor de la espalda teníamos un pequeño coche tan fácil de manejar £9 para estacionar durante la noche tan barato como el coche local parques, hemos permanecido en la habitación 8 en el piso superior todo lo que necesita para una estancia nocturna hemos notado sólo 2 sockets de plug pero hay una extensión en el baño de dibujo pequeño pero para un ducha rápido bien, café de té ect Probablemente el mejor hotel que hemos permanecido en Blackpool y volvería Local a todas las tiendas y playa delante

Weather was cold but room was warm .Left alone to *** and go as i need not having to greet owner every morning and afternoon . Self service kitchenet was a great idea with coffee machine toasters and microweavy ,thanks Nigela.all in all enjoyed my stay and will stay again if a single room is available.🤠😎

En general, este hotel fue agradable y grande ubicación, también en la playa, bueno transporte y fácil de caminar al centro de la ciudad, buenas instalaciones, sólo defecto fue nuestra primera visita al hotel y me reservaron una familia de 5 habitaciones con vistas al mar que cuesta 78 libras y en arriba se dio a una familia de 4 habitaciones con vistas al mar sólo costó 65 libras que sé como indicaba el precio en la recepción que me dio por recepción en la llegada

We booked two room for myself my boys and my mum for a stay last week. The hotel is very clean, the young girl who runs it was so lovely always having a chat with us and asking what we had been doing and even recommending things to do. We had to be out of our rooms by ten, but she allowed us to leave all our cases behind so we could go out for the day and she had them moved out of our rooms and downstairs for us. She also cooks the burgers on site there is a huge selection we had them one night and can honestly say was the best burger and chips we have ever had even if you are not staying here i believe she sells to public on certain nights of the week well worth it. We exhausted Blackpool and probably wont go back as we done it all but if ever we did we would stay here again.
