Never stay here again avoid at all costs very unfriendly place no help from owner had police involved still no go can't get refund after leaving the next day avoid scammer rubbish

Read reviews on trip adviser please please before anyone else books this place.
I was due to go on the 23rd of sept for 3 nights.
I couldnt bring myself to even go just to prove this place is not in any condition to be open.
Please please please read trip adviser first!!!!

Please avoid this property I turned up with my young child and the place was stinking of ***** there was joint ends literally on carpet and when I walked in I was nearly in tears the place was disgusting mould in bathroom awful stains and marks everywhere wallpaper falling off and stains on bed. I left straight away and had to pay fortune for another hotel. The owner Is rude I was even charged an extra £30 to check in slightly earlier. The place is rank rotten. I am sure this is a scam the pics provided are not of this property. Please if your reading AVOID

Absolute scam avoid avoid avoid!!! These people need locked up for what they are doing to innocent people. And refuse to take any responsibility for their actions just ignore any communication to them but are quick enough to respond with the fact it’s Non refundable due to their policy’s what a surprise! I’m still waiting for my refund for this dirty,disgusting hovel that me an my family payed for but refused to stay in such poor conditions. Which left us having to fork out even. More money for another hotel. This place needs shut down immediately this has been reported to Blackpool council and trading standards.

This apartment was disgusting, the worst accommodation we have ever been in and we were not even supposed to be in it. We were originally in some other accommodation with these people who mesaaged us when we were already in Blackpool to say something was wrong with it and we had to use this apartment. It was vile, but we were already settled into Blackpool, so no alternative but to stay, so bad my husband has reported it to Blackpool Health and Safety department. They are rogues: no wallpaper, no hot water was just the start. All the furnishings were from brick and brack shops, all second hand you could tell and to top it all off, the bed we were sleeping in collapsed in the middle of the night, when we looked underneath it was a badly stained mattress and the bed had been propped with blocks of wood with nails sticking out, don't do it, don't book it, shocking.... This needs condemning and shutting down immediately.

I booked this dirty apartment for one night i just opened apartment door very very bad smelling and no toilet roll in bathroom every thing was dirty we just left apartment after just 5 minutes government should closed this property very bad apartment i ever seen in my life I'm so disappointed wested my time

I've asked the council to take a detailed inspection on this place and the owners ,, clear scam these empire stays amd I'm shocked how they are allowed to run a business of this kind. They have no clue about hospitality...please do the right thing and stop what you are trying you are upsetting people and causing big stress for yourself
