The worst Premier Inn experience I think I have ever had mainly due to the experiences in the restaurant, the food was way below usual standard. All staff were friendly but not particularly helpful, lack of information and advice from any reception staff had consequences like the vending machine charging me too much, no wifi all weekend, the restaurant staff ticking me off for no breakfast table reservation, no information about the nearby train station when asked, which would have saved us some time and trouble. Expect less than your usual Premier Inn stay and you won’t be disappointed. I overheard 2 other guests making complaints too.
