Premier Inn Blackpool (Bispham)

Great service and a nice room. Excellent service in the restaurant thanks to Molly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Easy car parking and friendly service from the reception desk. We will be going back again soon.

Good location good to explore Blackpool . room was very clean and spacious, Staff very helpful, had good local knowledge of the area and advise where to go and how to get there. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good and all staff were accommodating!

Stayed here many time and it has always been Clean and Welcoming. Check in is smooth but do remember to enter your car registration in the tablet so you do not get a parking fine. I used the restaurant attached to the hotel and breakfast is very good with a large choice and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Had an issue with my booking when I arrived, but Richard at the front desk was amazing. He handled it quickly, stayed friendly the whole time, and made sure everything was sorted. Great service like his really makes a difference—thank you, Richard!

All perfect no issues whatsoever, Staff friendly and helpful, Room clean, bed comfortable, bath and shower were great bathroom great, nice and quiet at night and in day, plenty of tea and coffee and more left in reception if need. Can't fault anything.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been back to this PI and it’s still good. Yes the hotel is getting on a bit but it’s kept very clean and the staff are incredibly good, friendly chatty and efficient. The hotel is probably due upgrading as it has no aircon in the rooms and no Plus rooms but it’s still for us the best option for Blackpool, the n a quieter area away from the noise of the town and it also offers free parking. We ate breakfast both mornings and there is perhaps some room for improvement, there is only one coffee machine to serve everyone and at busy times there is a queue, I counted 7 people at one point all waiting and this was when the restaurant was nowhere near capacity. Another machine or two would make a massive difference.
