Premier Inn Blackpool (Bispham)

Have visited this hotel 3 times in the past year and always received a top professional and friendly service from Emily (the manager) for her advice and help during our stay Also a big shout out to Richard on the front desk for jokes and his witty sense of humour. Always made to feel very welcome, nothing is ever a problem and feel these two both go out of their way if there's anything you need during your stay. We will be back......so hope to see you again soon

Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Warm room comfy bed and pillows. Didn't require room service apart from toilet paper which the lady happily gave to me. We only ate breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but this was the usual quality from a premier inn breakfast.

Staff are the most polite and welcoming people I have ever stayed with after a long day of travelling the beds are comfy and the food was out of this world fresh clean fluffy towels and room cleaned regularly and made us want to stay another night honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough

Had a great stay staff were amazing and helpful Emily the manager was amazing as-well I feel the managers miss out on the praise in these sorts of place's. Can’t recommend the hotel enough was very easy to to get to all the destinations I needed to during the day

We stayed at this Premier Inn when visiting the area. It's a slightly older property, and as such it doesn't offer the Plus rooms which are usually our first choice. It's a shame because I imagine it would be very hot in the summer, with no air conditioning. Premier Inn hotels need accept that summers are getting hotter and instal A/C as standard. Even in February, we were very warm in our room at night - this is because the duvets are super thick - too thick for a warm environment. The staff were very helfpul and welcoming. The free WiFi was non-existant, something that the Premier Inn needs to address (check out Reddit forums about it!). We ended up getting Ultimate Wifi, which was better although it would still be inadequate for anyone needing to work from their room as it's not that fast and it keeps disconnecting you. Having said all of the above, this Premier Inn was nice, clean and safe and the staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome. The location is great for the norther area of Blackpool. We would certainly stay there again.

Realy comfortable bed . Check in staff realy nice. But the fan in the bathroom is so noisy could even hear it when turned off. The heater didnt realy warm the room it was clicking loudly all night. Cleaners were vacuming early We ate in the resturant the staff were realy help full the service was realy good .we had prawn cocktails the prawns were quite hard . Then had the chicken melt this was realy nice This hotel is in a realy handy location staff are realy helpfull .and there is a lift.
