Absolutely awful time at this hotel, watered down drinks which made us have a bad stomach the entire time. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements they don't label anything. No kids club just pillows and table, the playground is unsafe and my child has been injuries three times since being here. Also asked for a cot bed and this was ignored. Pool was freezing and never warmed up. Staff doesn't really speak English either and obviously don't like the English. Best bits were probably the cats although be aware there's fly's everywhere and the hotel room is only changed in the afternoon and if you have a toddler who sleeps during nap times during this time then you know your room will be missed. Also we requested toilet roll which was ignored ...

Stunning location , buildings very photogenic. However rooms are small inside , one chest of draws , shelf’s and hanging rail for clothes open. Pools descent size can get very busy. The hotel does not do children’s entertainment they have a playground and the mini club room where nothing happens. Also in the playground it’s gritty and stoney. As for entertainment none during the day , some background music playing. Tuesday night and Thursday night there was belly dancer who only performed for about 15 minutes and that’s about it. Staff some friendly , some won’t acknowledge you. I went to ask front desk about tours or excursions if they knew any but they were clueless. Had no toilet paper for 2 days I requested 3 times for paper. They kept saying someone would be with us. Food - chips everyday. Even for breakfast Mixture of foods but not much variety. I’m not normally a fussy eater but I struggled on this holiday especially for my 2 year old.

Stayed twice, nice hotel and grounds. Some staff friendly some not so. First time was May when there was no entertainment and you could get a sun lounger. Second time was Sept and everyone pegged towels the night before so never any available in the whole 9 nights we stayed, resulting in us having to go to beach to use loungers every single day which we didn't want to do but had no choice. Food for all inclusive in Bitez is OK, something for everyone daily, salads are lovely, fish dishes, meat dishes, and plenty snacks and ice cream through the day. Drink is hit and miss and no one cocktail is ever the same, they just slap anything into your beaker. Some people on reception are friendly, some not overly helpful. They do an A la carte evening in an upstairs restaurant, unless you enquire you'd not know about it. First time we went one of guys from bar came and asked us if we would like to go, the second time nobody did so had to ask if we could book. I would not really say it was geared to kids, there is a water slide going into the other pool at top part or hotel ground but that's it, a kids room with a few cushions inside and a very small play area but no kids club. The walk up to main restaurant is not great for elderly or people with disability's at all. Some evenings it would be a struggle to get a table once you have selected your food. First time we stayed the sheets were changed daily, second time we had to ask for them to be changed and they only changed them once in 9 nights. Beds are very firm so bare this in mind. There are coffee and tea stations where you can get a drink from around 10am to 10pm then they get switched off. I think they need to possibly add more loungers (but doubt there would be room) and more tables to restaurant areas during peak season-it was very crammed. The grounds are very nice and have mature plants growing everywhere and climbing all around the buildings which is nice to look at. The hotel I believe has had a refurb so the décor is very boho with lots of nice decorations here and there. There are fridges in room and water in there for arrival, try to request lower floor as the terraces are better. Many of the staff work very hard to make your stay a good one, some run around looking busy but have no time to stop and help you and can be quite grumpy. I cant remember his name (sorry) but the red haired young man who we spoke to both times staying needs to be promoted or similar, his English is great, he is very well mannered and he goes above and beyond helping. Very cheerful and brings an up beat presence to Paloma! It is a bit of a walk to and from the main part of beach and shops set away from the hustle and bustle, you do feel safe here and only one way in or out and somebody on reception 24 hours a day. Perhaps if they built a stage type area for the odd entertainment they put on it would make it more fun. They allow you to pay extra to keep a room on if you ask and they have availability if you

It really needs updating safes need to be in room not allocated at front door of hotel Trees need to be cut down as overgrown and cannot use balcony because of this we had 2 sunbeds on upper balcony but could not use them There are not enough sunbeds and people leave towels on sunbeds 24/7 and nothing is done about it On day you leave there is no shower room to use so your out of room at midday and not picked up till 7.15 ridiculous if you do manage to obtain a room it's 35 euro I have to say bar staff are brilliant very friendly and cannot do enough for you While we were there 7 people had money taken from there room cleaners had taken money from draws hotel did reimburse the money and cleaners were sacked this spoilt what can potentially be a great hotel

Worst holiday I have ever been on. Fowl food, Non slip tiles do not exist so be careful when it comes to a pool side room. I slipped on the wet 'non slip' tiles from everyone jumping in and out of the pool right by my room, which resulted in a broken ankle and needing an operation while I was on 'holiday' the hotel manager lies and tries to cover his back but all he does is drink all day, no 'manager' was helpful with the paperwork from the hospital took 3 days for them to send an email. No wet floor signs, rails covered by overgrown bushes, window doesnt shut in the bathroom. Overall an awful holiday in an outdated overpriced hotel.

I traveled to this hotel with my family. We have three children aged 3,9 and 11. The hotel is exactly what I was looking for- small, pretty and all inclusive. There are two pools which are clean. The bigger pool has a section of floats for people to use. The food was good, it’s a small hotel so there is less choice but there was always something we liked. The A la Carte restaurant was very good and in a beautiful place. It’s easy to get to the beach and you can get taxis easily. There is a market in Bodrum which we went to, kids got lots of clothes to take home. We visited Kos for the day which was great. The staff were very hard working and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you like a quiet hotel.

Requested a ground floor room which wasn't available. The next morning the female manager was able to find 2 ground floor rooms! But this hotel is not suited to those with mobility issues. Stairs to restaurant & one pool. Cleaning regime poor, ripped sheet & room not cleaned in 2 days. Only decent thing is the food.

Just back from a 10 night stay at Paloma. Having booked this holiday back in July 2022 we got a real bargain price! Our room was fantastic a family room for 2 of us and was really clean . On arrival after a fantastic private transfer we were given a little box with a few snacks in it as it was late at night and food was finished . Got up on the first morning and made our way to breakfast that was fresh pancakes..boiled eggs etc and it was OK. Most of the experience with the food was positive there was always plenty to eat the cheese omelette were lovely and the fried eggs were perfect shame they weren't on every day ! One Massive negative was the flies !!! This really did impact the meal times as there is no flies killers and eating outside uncovered made it a horrendous uncomfortable experience that I'm sure if they added a few fly catchers would make a massive difference to meal times . The restaurant is up so many steps that have no handrails either this was a issue as carrying plates or drinks there is nothing to hold onto and the steps are tiles so dangerous ! Saying that yet again the food was always good and the staff up there work sooo hard at clearing tables maybe because of the flies to be honest . Just aswell for the pool bar snacks between 12.30 and 3.30 save having to climb those steps . And the iceream was lovely aswell . All the staff in this place really can't do enough for you . Rizza and Oban our wee pals behind the bar really made our holiday fantastic and we had such a good laugh with them .Rizza took a liking to my husband and loved to wind him up everyday 😆 The biggest issue with this place really for me was the terrible drinks. I don't book a holiday just for the drinks but al Inc drinks were terrible vodka and even worse gin no other spirit and only efes lager no other choices . Few cocktails with nothing apart from Fanta or Pepsi if u can call it that as they ran out of Sprite a couple of days into the 10day holiday so unless u bought ur own then cocktails were limited aswell as they didn't have a couple of liquors that they needed for some the cocktails. The wine has to be the worse thing ever and I'm a aldi wine lover so not by any means do I like an expensive wine but this stuff was awful!!! Unless they made changes then I really don't think I would return and that's a shame because it wouldn't take much to make this place great . Having said all this if u can get a cheap holiday there and are hapoy to sit the bar at night with no entertainment then don't be put off Paloma Family Club .

Pros - close to the beach/shop/restaurants, bus to Bordum stops right outside the hotel, rooms clean 'ish, good variety of food depending what you like, not much choice for children, all staff pleasant, our electric went off twice and was dealt with efficiently, beautiful views from the room. Cons - flies constantly on buffet food, no entertainment day/night, sunbeds can be difficult to get if you're not up at the crack of dawn to get one. Our room was by the slide nice and quiet in the evenings. There's horses in the 'field' next to the hotel, which was nice for our animal obsessed daughter, we even spotted a tortoise! The Al'carte meal was 'different', and we had a fabulous boat trip arranged with Razaar who is always happy to help!
