Premier Inn Birmingham City - Aston

Very helpful staff, beautifully cooked and very nice breakfast. The only negative point is the very expensive car park which you have to pay even as a hotel guest. The hotel itself is based in a very industrial area that has no benefit to charging £8 each day to park other than to make extra money.

Special thanks to the amazing team at the Premier Inn Aston. You went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable and special one! Thanks also for the chocolates and flowers in my room which was a total surprise and made my day even more special. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness throughout the stay from our arrival, and gathering round during my surprise engagement to cheer us on!! The hospitality and food was great and we received a warm welcome from all. You helped with everything we asked for. Special thanks go to Ana, Fern, Tia, Susan, Hajar and Dan!! We will gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I stay here a lot. It is my go to place to stay in Birmingham because of it's location, has a carpark and has great staff. I like Premier Inn as there are no surprised. Each time I go I also see the same familiar faces which tells me this is also a good place to work. Lorna and Dan are the usual team members that I see and both (as well as other team members) are always welcoming and happy to see me, professional and warm. It makes me feel at home, even though I am away on business.

Firstly, I would like to thank Fern for being so accommodating and helpful when I had few requests, and needed the bed making up in the room (I had forgotten to request this up upon arrival). Nothing was too much for her and everything was done with a smile. later on in the evening, we went to the bar for some drinks and was greeted by Tia who again was super friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much. I then ordered from the menu and Monika brought it over who again was super friendly and played with the children and even brought them a few snacks to keep them entertained. It was much appreciated thank you so much. You have an amazing team here who are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them. I felt super comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at this hotel again. Thanks again to Fern and Tia as you both amazing human beings and I can see that this hotel works like clockwork as you are both at the helm. You both deserve a raise for the support that you give to each customer and you do it with a smile, You can see that that is done with ease as this is your natural disposition. Thank you again, Fern, I can’t sing your praises enough, you are truly amazing. Thank you thank you thank you.

One night stay and what a fabulous experience! Rooms very clean as is the rest of the hotel, but what made it great was the staff. Fern, Monika and Tia all when above and beyond. From funding is a phone charger to offering water for the nights. Such a friendly welcome. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our children. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially to our daughter, which made her feel extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep for all of us. Breakfast was a highlight for the kids—they absolutely loved it! We were also really impressed by how accommodating the staff were to my wife’s dietary needs. She has a dairy allergy, and the team made sure she had soya milk available for her tea in the room, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible and the hotel’s decor was modern and fresh throughout. Everything felt clean and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel for families—it’s clear they go out of their way to make guests feel at home.
