Great hotel for VP, brilliant every time. Simran on reception very helpful and polite, good location for the footy and a good location. I need to write 100 more characters to submit my review. We are 3-1 down from the first leg but if we get into em early, you never know. Allez allez allez!

Very friendly and helpfull staff simrem was very helfull would definitely come again the car park was easy to find an very accessible and the room is very nice and comfortable nice bed and pillows also close to some nice restaurants and bars.

I was greeted by Simran on reception she was so lovely and very friendly and professional. She told me all the information I asked about and was smiling all the time . I had so many questions and she patiently answered them all in a very professional way.

Easy to find, accessible and comfortable stay. Free parking included with plenty of spaces, car parking spaces are very spacious too so its easy to get in and out of your vehicle. Stayed as I am working away and it is easy to get around with a van. Quick and hassle free check-in with Simi

Staff are friendly but can make improvements for room’s cleanliness. We are charged £20 per pet per stay but I dont think they make deep clean after each stay. The carpet is smelly and a lot of stain. The lift is out of order during my whole stay (3 nights)

Lovely welcome from Simi on reception offering any help we might need. room was clean and fresh. Good location for a city visit as you can leave your car and get a taxi or bus in. World food restaurant across the road so well covered for a cheap and cheerful break in Brum

Simran at reception was fabulous. 5 stars for her and her great service. Everything is was super clean and when we started in the hotel the whole hotel smells very refreshing and amazing was loving it. Simran doing everything to make our stay great and comfortable I feel their like my home.

I've been staying here for a month or so now whilst working away very peacefully, and the staff are really nice Simi on reception is very polite and really helpful, great stay. If I were to stay at walssall again, I'd definitely stay here. Great stay
