Birmingham South (Hall Green)

We stayed here overnight after our flight home from Marrakesh. We were met by a very mice young man at 0300. He helped us upstairs to our room. We had a very nice room with the best pillows and mattresses ever. The breakfast was all cooked to order. The day staff were very friendly. Definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy — just what I needed for a relaxing trip. The restaurant service was excellent. Diane was warm and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed. A big thanks to Ade, the chef, for the delicious breakfast — it really made my day! I especially loved the individually prepared breakfast; it was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. I will definitely stay here again next time!!

As always with Premier Inn, you know what you are going to get, and they do it very well. The room must have been modernised quite recently, so although smaller than usual it was very comfortable. A nice touch was having a plug socket by the bed (for some reason most Premier Inn hotels don't seem to have these). I also liked the purple night light in the bathroom (again something I haven't seen before in their hotels). Lots of free parking (they share it with the next door Toby Carvery). Breakfast is in their own small dining room. Not as wide a breakfast choice as you get in some other Premier Inn hotels, but the hot breakfast is cooked to order so comes out nice and fresh (with runny eggs if that's your thing). Our breakfast waitress (Diane) was particularly friendly.
