Hotel was dirty and run down, bad smell from the communal area and main door very bad condition and not safe. Room smelt of damp and not offering free wifi in 2024 is really really bad

Very nice and clean. Good and peaceful sleep. Good shower. All in all a great pleasure. Mx Donald’s around the corner serving you breakfast. There is shopping malls just five minutes away. Bus stop to the town is two minutes walking. In the middle of the village

I stay in multiple travel lodges in multiple locations for work and I must say this hotel was the best by far for the service, cleanliness and all over experience The main thing in my room which were brilliant was the fact they revamped them and now have plenty outlets including USB and USBc next to bed and desk plus Internet reception is amazing plus the posh soaps in bathroom was lovely I had many pleasant interactions with Halima on reception who was very polite helpful and professional Thanks to all front desk and housekeeping for the cleanliness

Amazing service throughout. As soon as me and my girlfriend got in, we had 0 issues when it came to our room. Everything was clean, the surfaces, the beds, the toilet. Perfect. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel when we go back to Birmingham.Best Travelodge.

Had a warm welcome from Tracey at reception who was very helpful in getting me checked in early. It’s been refurbed here since my last visit and it definitely makes a difference! Felt quite at home in the room! Good location with Tesco and various restaurants close by.. was easy to find and a big car park with free parking

Stench of paint throughout this travel lodge. We had no electric for our stay which includes no heating and no hot water the entire time. Charged over £800 for 3 days !! What a disgrace
