Didn’t enjoy the breakfast the eggs wasn’t that good and the bacon was too tough for my liking and also my keys were giving trouble on the second day. But everything else was fine

Unfortunately not very clean. No glasses or cups in our room and made us pay for water. Probably the most bar minimal effort travelodge I have stayed in. See why it is 2 stars.

The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

De nuevo me alojo en este hotel céntrico de Birmingham. Muy recomendable por su ubicación y por su personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar. He estado con otros 56 compañeros/as y con gente de diversas capacidades. Se han adaptado sin problemas a nuestras necesidades y a los tiempos que queríamos. Clare, como siempre, gestionando todo con diligencia. La gestión de reservas de Travelodge desde sus oficinas centrales han tenido un comportamiento algo más rígido y confuso pero que hemos podido gestionar de alguna manera. A mejorar es el hecho de no tener un internet gratuito en todo el hotel todo el tiempo. Es de 3€ diario y con calidad Justita.

you can tell the rooms are tidied at speed. dirt and dust but the bedding was clean. desk staff efficient but not friendly

A mid-week stay for one night with a few issues (tepid shower and some lights didn't work) but they gave me a different room and free breakfast

My stay was pleasant the staff were deligent to duty breakfast was delicious and the accomodation was clean and tidy my whole stay. but a big thank you to shanaz and victoria would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again .
