Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!

Location of the hotel is very near the sea. Amazing view from the room. The room was very spacious and clean. The staffs are very professional and helpful throughout my stay. Overall it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Morning buffet breakfast was also great! Definitely will return back. You can order a buggy services within the resort and their response is very fast.

I will definitely visit again.  Everything is superb , delicious food, nice view, kind service . Strongly recommend the kelong restaurant, beautiful sunset and super tasty seafood! just hope the resort improve the wifi connection , the wifi is only working when I sit near the bathroom, if I stand near the window it’s disconnected .

La habitación es muy agradable, la habitación es muy agradable y muy agradable. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada especial que mencionar. La cena y el almuerzo se celebraron en el restaurante de la especie y del restaurante Kelong. Diré que las variedades de alimentos son limitadas y preciosas. Diré que es más caro que Singapur (una de las ciudades más caras de Asia). Para dos personas hemos gastado unos 70-170 dólares por comida... aperitivo, una comida principal y una bebida más barata. Cuando tuvimos la comida de mar, por supuesto, cuesta más, unos 170 dólares. En general, fue una buena experiencia. Nice stay except the priced food. El sabor de la comida es muy bueno. Nos quedamos 3 noches, por lo que nos hace más difícil elegir qué comer cuando no tiene mucho que elegir y no es emocionante y estás en el resort... por lo que no puedes salir y comprar comida más asequible fuera. Si el resort puede tener más cocina china será bueno. Así, si usted está para relajarse entonces es bueno. Si usted es foodie,,, este lugar no es para usted.

Un lugar agradable y único para permanecer en. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que no puedas hacer. 👏 resort está cerca de neemo! Ellos respondieron rápidamente en WhatsApp incluso si su último plan de min a él incluso ayudó a decorar la cama a mi petición!!

This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. Thank you Team Fourpoints by Sheraton Bintan, and congratulations in advance on the official opening tomorrow! We are fully recharged to welcome another week of routine in our life.

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!
