¡Tuvimos una estadía genial en Cassia! 1) El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a saludar a las personas con una sonrisa, charlas informales, se esforzó al máximo para brindar un servicio de primera. Un agradecimiento especial a Yance (lo conocimos en el club de playa Xana), que fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que la pasáramos muy bien ☺️ y al instructor de Zumba, que era un derroche de energía 😂 2) La comida estaba deliciosa, Lotus Cafe, U Beach Club, Vista, Treetops, probé la comida de todos los lugares mencionados y ¡fue increíble! Deliciosa, limpia y superó mis expectativas. 3) Actividades divertidas: bádminton, voleibol de playa, fútbol, ​​tenis de mesa, aqua Zumba, fiesta en la piscina con espuma, etc. ¡La piscina infinita también fue genial! Estaba súper limpia y el agua no estaba fría. 4) La habitación estaba limpia, brindan agua potable todos los días, torre de playa con una bolsa (¡lo cual es genial!). También brindan servicio de transporte gratuito para recoger y dejar en la terminal de ferry (en autobús operado por el hotel). No tengo nada de que quejarme de este lugar, muy recomendable 🫶🏼

Fue una gran experiencia celebrar mi cumpleaños con ellos. Durante mucho tiempo, nunca me sentí sola en este tipo de días, fui recibida con gente genuina y sincera a mi alrededor que se esforzó mucho por hacerme feliz. Desde el intercambio de correos electrónicos con la Sra. Paskah para asegurarse de que me acomodarían desde que me recogieron hasta que tomaron nota de mis solicitudes. A la Sra. Jessica, Asep y el Sr. Agung que decoraron mi habitación como una sorpresa para mi cumpleaños (fue muy lindo). A Ledy que me ayudó desde el check in hasta el check out y que me ayudó a recibir un masaje balinés de Wanda. A Bram y Sonia que fueron tan buenos, me hicieron sentir especial en mi día, tan amables y muy hospitalarios. He estado viajando la mayor parte del tiempo, y esta es la primera vez que me sentí en paz y genuinamente feliz. Me di cuenta de que la vida vale la pena vivirla y que el mundo es hermoso. Muchas gracias a todos. Ese fue un día para recordar. Tocaron mi corazón y me hicieron creer que la gentileza y la sinceridad aún existen.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and a cozy robe and slippers. The hotel’s location is perfect and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had on vacation, and the breakfast spread each morning was top-notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

The property has lots of potential and service staff have wonderful attitude. it just opened in Oct, so not everything is fully up just yet. It was generally a nice stay but several small disappointments added up and we conclude we would stay elsewhere if we returned to Bintan (although probably not soon). - we were fortunate to get the room early at check-in (~1230pm) cos the room was ready. - F&B team had the most hiccups. we had late lunch on the first day - the restaurant was not busy but they could not cope with orders. we waited over 40mins and other tables that came later were served before us. food was not even piping hot when it arrived, which is weird—was it sitting around and just not served?? - subsequent days’ breakfast at the same and only restaurant also always had something up. e.g. long waits, forgotten orders, and when we asked about items, two of them would turn up. that said, all the staff were super nice, and we’re grateful — albeit still disappointed. - the room was very pretty but there’s an impractical design flaw on the hanging lamp on the bedside. it rattles every now and then due to the AC. i ignored it fine but it drove my husband mad 😅 he had to cushion it with a hand towel. - the in-room phone was also strange. we had to try many times to dial ‘0’ for guest services — there’s no other number to call. it sometimes sounded like it was ringing/connecting but nothing was happening. - housekeeping didn’t clean our room the whole time we were out on day 2. only came when we were back resting at 5+pm. - indigo doesn’t allow sharing of facilities with sister hotel, which frankly is a missed opportunity these days. i’ve lost count of the number of resorts who do it and market it as a plus point. it almost seems weird that they don’t when it’s virtually connected to IHG. - hadn’t realise this but they don’t brand themselves as a family hotel so there’s no kids club. don’t pick this place if u need a place to entertain your kids. i was surprised that a beach resort didn’t have a kids club 😆 - the hotel wanted to impose a surcharge on my 5yo who was sharing the same room same bed and not (in my opinion) consuming significantly more resources than another guest who may have been just a couple without a kid. we’ve been to many other properties that brag a “kids stay free” concept unless u ask for an extra pullaway bed. anyways, while the charge is relatively common, when asked about what the charge goes toward, the explanation i was offered was weak. and after the stay, all the more i didn’t feel there was much to justify this so called additional charge.

Enjoyed our stay at ANMON. The customer service was really good and staffs were really friendly. They greeted us wherever we go and we felt welcomed. The glamping tent and toilet were really nice and comfortable.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The atmosphere was peaceful, and our room was clean and spacious. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff! The hotel is located about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Bintan Ferry Terminal, which makes it somewhat remote from more bustling areas. If you prefer a vibrant atmosphere, beach life, and a clean beachfront, this hotel may not be the best fit for you. However, if you are looking for tranquility and a place to relax and catch up with a good friend, this is the perfect spot! One downside we encountered was the presence of flying insects. During meals, especially in the evening, flies and mosquitoes hovered around us. Additionally, there were stray cats nearby, which might be a concern if you are not fond of cats. That being said, we truly enjoyed our stay there!

3D2N permanecer para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas. Bus de transporte a hotel y terminal de ferry. Excelente servicio de todo el personal del hotel Natra Bintan, fueron tan cálidos y bienvenidos! Nuestro cuarto fue decorado y se dio una taza de pastel. La habitación era limpia, el personal siempre se preparaba cada día, así que si no quieres preparar la habitación, ponga mejor la señal ”No molestes” en la manga de la puerta. Pero oye aviones volando ruido en medio de la noche, aves chipping a las 6am más, así que si eres un dormidor ligero entonces puedes encontrarlo difícil para conseguir un sueño GD. El hotel ofrece servicios buggy para llevarnos a la habitación, diferentes partes del Tesoro Bay. El hotel de Anmon se encuentra en el centro de actividad de Natra, en el centro de actividad de Anmon y en el centro de actividad de Anmon. ¡No hay duda de que considerará Natra para nuestro próximo viaje Bintin debido a la excelente personal!

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... El hotel y sus instalaciones son muy agradables. Aquí y allá se necesitan algunas mejoras, pero por lo demás es un hotel muy atractivo con características encantadoras. Una estancia muy agradable comienza con un salón exclusivo en la terminal de ferry que está disponible a la llegada y a la salida (se encarga de su visado y otros requisitos). El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Aunque el hotel proporciona repelente de insectos para su uso diario, ni siquiera las mejores medidas de prevención y los mejores esfuerzos de limpieza y fumigación del personal evitarán que miles de millones de pulgas de arena lo ataquen en la playa, especialmente después de la lluvia o durante las horas de la noche, cuando se convierte en su cena. La comida, por cara que sea, carece de cualquier tipo de imaginación, carece de toques especiales y, sin duda, no representa la cocina indonesia en ninguna forma. Como ya hemos dicho, el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible, pero si no se les enseña lo básico o están dirigidos por gerentes indiferentes, entonces las cosas tienen que cambiar. La gestión viene de arriba. En resumen, si buscas un lugar agradable para relajarte en un edificio de estilo colonial, no demasiado concurrido y con una hermosa piscina, prueba el Sanchaya. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

En general, una agradable estancia. Estamos muy encantados del servicio y la amistad del personal. Muy acomodados a todas nuestras solicitudes y muchas de las últimas modificaciones. La habitación es bastante limpia y el aire acondicionado es muy fuerte. Muy conveniente para tener la piscina fuera, buena privacidad mientras toma un dip/play en el agua. El hotel tiene Netflix, Disney+, etc, pero tienes que inscribirte en tu cuenta.
