Everything is good about this hotel. The bad thing is when booking the buggy. Most of the activities require a buggy. You can hop on any buggy if there is one available at the location. It is good when there is a lot of buggy service around. When there is almost none, we will need to call the front desk to send one over. The problem is we call as we have a group of 6 pax. We called waited 10min for it, the buggy came and others hop on. We are ok to share but we are left with only 1-2 seats meaning only 1-2 pax can hop on. Hope they can do something for those who make booking.

I rated cleanliness as 4/5 as it was almost perfect clean but there was a cockroach in my room. This I might not fully blame the resort as we are in nature. This resort is perfect is you are looking for secluded and quiet spot to getaway for a family or a couple. You won’t need to venture out. But it’s a long drive to the resort to the ferry where you need to factor travelling time in your itinerary. I went with my family and the in-house farm was a blast for my kid feeding bunnies, chickens and fishes. Kiki the person in charge was very friendly and served us well. There is a club for kids activities. Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would go back again. Take note that is 21% charges of tax on top of the prices - service charges and Govt tax.

¡Tuvimos una estadía genial en Cassia! 1) El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a saludar a las personas con una sonrisa, charlas informales, se esforzó al máximo para brindar un servicio de primera. Un agradecimiento especial a Yance (lo conocimos en el club de playa Xana), que fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que la pasáramos muy bien ☺️ y al instructor de Zumba, que era un derroche de energía 😂 2) La comida estaba deliciosa, Lotus Cafe, U Beach Club, Vista, Treetops, probé la comida de todos los lugares mencionados y ¡fue increíble! Deliciosa, limpia y superó mis expectativas. 3) Actividades divertidas: bádminton, voleibol de playa, fútbol, tenis de mesa, aqua Zumba, fiesta en la piscina con espuma, etc. ¡La piscina infinita también fue genial! Estaba súper limpia y el agua no estaba fría. 4) La habitación estaba limpia, brindan agua potable todos los días, torre de playa con una bolsa (¡lo cual es genial!). También brindan servicio de transporte gratuito para recoger y dejar en la terminal de ferry (en autobús operado por el hotel). No tengo nada de que quejarme de este lugar, muy recomendable 🫶🏼

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Hope it helps the guests in future to comen and freidnly remind for their management to find way for bettter experience BR Daniel Hope it helps....

Personal amigable . Bella ubicación . Desafortunadamente es monzón así que no hay deportes de agua . Kudos a la casa de cuidadores Edi que asegura que mi habitación es limpia y bien entregada con agua y cubos de hielo .El desayuno es delicioso . El menú cambia con nuevas variedades . Tenía nuestra cena en el café Lotus . La comida también es buena . Safran en Banyan Tree es buena también pero caro . Vaya al árbol Banyan para el spa . Excelente masaje por el dinero gastado . Buen viaje para descanso y relajación . El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad , y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad .

This would have got an average rating had it not been for the staff - competent, professional and always willing to help. The facilities seem jaded maybe due to the Covid related lockdowns etc and some parts especially the toilets ( the toilet seat was almost black ) were a disappointment. The location is excellent with a fantastic sea view from the restaurant and the beach is clean for the most part. The villas are good with a nice private pool and decent sized rooms. Our requests for buggy to transfer us from our Villa to the main building were always attended to promptly. The a-la-carte food that we had in their restaurant- we tried the local Indonesian cuisine- was excellent but the breakfast buffet was average. When I had interacted with the staff after booking this place, I was told that late check out is subject to ‘availability’ but it clearly isn’t as they charge for every extra hour. This could have been communicated in a better way. There is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay as the property is quite good.

Decided to have a short staycay with our lil’ bub. We were greeted by ba Siti, fuss free check-in. Our 1BR villa was great. Clean, the facilities provided was alrite, could be better. Lil’ bub loves the bath tub. Gracias a Ba Novi por el repellente mozzie para nuestro lil’ bub. Los empleados nos saludaron cuando pasamos por! Sentían tan cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Hacían una agradable estancia con Kamuela. Seguramente volverá de nuevo 😍 uno menos punto será el desayuno! ¡Esperamos ver mejoras durante nuestra próxima estancia! 💙

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

(Room) Our 3D2N trip was fantastic! The service, food and view was absolutely amazing. Our room was very cosy, just a tad bit dark. There’s air-conditioning and hot water so we were comfortable. The only issue we had would be the mosquitoes; we were bitten so many times. The staff at the DeCliff Cafe even gave us a bottle of insect repellent to ward them off, but the mosquitoes seem to be immune. Luckily the balcony doors were meshed so we could enjoy the view/get some light into the room. - (Easy reservations/transportation) Arrangements for transportation to and from the ferry terminal, reservations for dinner at Tanah Merah Seafood (super yummy!), our snorkeling day out with the Bintan Cool, and massage was done seamlessly with the help of the reception counter. - (Food) Before our stay, we checked out the reviews of the hotel from many sites, dating back to 2018 being the most recent ones, and many concerns were about the food being too salty. So we were considering to bring our own food, but we were so glad that we did not because the food was amazing! (1) DeCliff Cafe For dinner on our first day, we decided to have our meal at the DeCliff Cafe. Not only was the view breathtaking, but we were also pleasantly surprised by how yummy the food was. I had an oxtail rice set, and my boyfriend had the chicken chop. The onion rings were my personal favourite. (2) Breakfast For bfast on the 2nd day, we were given a menu instead of the typical bfast buffet at normal hotels (probably because there weren’t that many people at the point of time). The chicken fried rice was extremely tasty, and iced milk tea ended up being my favourite drink during our stay here. Bfast the day after was the usual buffet style, and the fried rice and soup were our pick for that morning. - (Special thanks to the staff) The service here is impeccable, and the staff here were very polite and friendly. Aguz took great care of us - always driving us up to our room because the whole place is atop a hill which we are ever grateful for. - (To note) Just the mosquitoes, bring mosquito nettings for your beds, and I would suggest long pants/tights instead of shorts. Sunscreen and mopiko is a must!

Beautiful & unspoilt location to get away from it all! The property is located on this stunning beach with an infinity pool to enjoy the views, together with the well kept gardens or beach to lie back & totally relax! The beach villa is well worth the extra & enjoys a comfortable rustic style with the view & gentle sounds of the ocean. The rustic style continues throughout with a picturesque decking accommodating the restaurant. The menu is varied, reasonable & we enjoyed exceptional dishes every time. The staff are all very friendly & welcoming at every encounter, particularly Anuar who is an absolute delight with such a cheerful & friendly nature, always wanting to make sure that his guests are enjoying their stay. We highly recommend this resort & island - it’s just a short ferry ride from Singapore & approx 50 minute taxi ride but you get to see the island at the same time too. Thanks for the earlier recommendation re: Taxis too. Don’t go for the ones immediately as you come through customs & immigration, but those just as you exit. (Barter too, as we paid 250,000 Ind Rupiat each way plus tip).

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

Stayed here with family for 2 nights. The moment you enter the hotel, all you can feel is the heat and it’s as if there is no air conditioning at all. Rooms too weren’t too cold. What was colder was the receptionist staff. None of them smiles. Only straight faces with no hospitality. Restaurant staffs were far more suited to be positioned at the front office. They really need to buck up on that. Nothing fantastic about this hotel. Will only book this hotel again if needed.
