El restaurante del hotel es más delicioso que cualquier restaurante de la isla! Esta vez comí tres comidas en la mesa, y muchos platos no son muy buenos!
La desventaja es el aparato eléctrico de agua caliente que usa, el tiempo de lavado es largo y el agua se resfriará. Además, el hotel no ofrece tostadoras de dientes y no se puede continuar la limpieza durante dos días.»

«It was very nice. The location is about 45 minutes from the ferry port but that means it is quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly and attentive. We tried as much as we could from the menu and it was all great. The crêpes for breakfast were especially good.»

Afortunadamente, el servicio del hotel fue muy bueno. El camarero fue a la habitación para ayudar a limpiar. ¡Estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio del hotel! Hemos vivido en villas y casas de playa. ¡Es realmente acogedor y relajante! Lo que quiero sugerir en particular es si la comida china se puede hacer más deliciosa, como los restaurantes de ollas calientes ... hay muy pocos ingredientes ... «The pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways»

«It was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.»

UUsuario anónimoService started right after pass immigration at the ferry terminal. They provide free shuttle to the hotel from terminal and we were surprised they already have our name on their list even though we did not inform them we are coming via ferry. Good service from all hotel staff and I love that we can get their help and services via whatapps instead of calling the reception or walking to the lobby. As there are nothing much to do in the hotel, a short staycation would be enough.
Breakfast buffet was ok, would be better if have more choices. We had dinner at Stix Satay Bar and it was good.

YyanyeetSuper super amazing experience!! The resort is a little far, but it's like an isolated little self-sufficient community on its own, a world of its own! We had many things to do even though we had nothing planned. There were so many free activities (sambal making, farm tours, honey tasting, kayaking, yoga, towel folding, stargazing, coffee tasting, etc). Late at night, staff even came to provide us with complimentary dessert (some cake) and omg it was so yummy. The room was also really comfortable and cozy and we had buggy service to drive us here and there (it was like a roller coaster ride so fun) Food was so tasty too (Rica Rica had amazing satay and mie goreng), and the egg station at breakfast 10/10!! The team there was also so friendly and helpful, I'm so sad I had to leave...can I come back...

1) Llamamos con anticipación y organizamos el traslado desde el ferry al hotel.
2) Todo el personal fue muy amable y acogedor, siempre atentos si teníamos alguna solicitud o necesidad.
3) Aunque el hotel todavía está en construcción, todas las comodidades están funcionando y son súper nuevas.
4) La playa estaba muy limpia, las aguas eran hermosas.
5) Al principio nos ofrecieron solo un menú para nuestro paquete con todo incluido, luego de que el oficial de relaciones con los huéspedes nos pidió nuestra opinión y le informé del problema, en la siguiente comida me ofrecieron inmediatamente un menú con más opciones.
6) ¡La comida era muy buena!
7) En general, una estadía de 3 días y 2 noches excelente. Sigan con el buen trabajo. Espero ver más mejoras (más actividades).

FFamily with 2 young kidsService was excellent throughout our stay and special thanks to Ibu Windy for securing complimentary late check-out for us on our final day!
The property is new, clean and there are many seating areas/ cabanas for visitors to chill around. Buggy service from Holiday Inn to the other sister property (Indigo hotel) is prompt and hassle-free despite the moderately high occupancy rate (we were told it was 70% occupancy rate).
We were told that the weekend was the first peak of the property yet the services rendered by the team didn’t seem so - staff remained courteous and friendly throughout our 4d3n stay.
Few observations which we are hopeful that the management could look into:
1) second dining option at the ballroom was subpar. The food option was significantly lesser than those offered at the main dining hall. The food was not refilled promptly but we could see that the staff tried their best by taking a (perhaps quite a long) trip down to the central kitchen and check.
2) The kids indoor playground is divided into 2 sections - younger kids (below 4yo) and older kids. There wasn’t any health check when we were there (only parents self declaration) prior to kids’ admission so parents pls note. Perhaps the management could review internally if more scrutiny is required.

CChenDesmondHotel muy decente para escapadas cortas, vista panorámica de los amaneceres si puedes conseguir una unidad con vista al mar. Debes despertarte entre las 5:30 y las 6:00 a. m. para verlo.
Playa limpia y entorno tranquilo.
En algunas cuadras, especialmente en la colina, es relativamente difícil caminar. La comida es un poco salada, aunque tal vez sea culpa nuestra. Y espero que el desayuno pueda mejorar.

UUsuario invitadoMy husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant.
Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay.
Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant.
I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island.
We will surely come back again.
