3D2N stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Complimentary shuttle bus to hotel & ferry terminal. Excellent services from all Natra Bintan hotel's staff, they were so warm & welcoming! Our room was decorated & a slice of cake was provided. Breakfast spread was gd & delicious, room was clean, staffs always make up room daily so if you do not want to make up room better put the ”Do not disturb” sign on door handle. Cannot hear neighbours, but you do hear aeroplane flying noise in the middle of night, birds chipping at 6am plus so if you are a light sleeper then you might find it hard to get a gd sleep. Hotel provides buggy services to bring us to room, different parts of Treasure Bay. 20% off activities at Treasure Bay for being Natra guests. Only 3 restaurants which are at Natra, Anmon & Treasure Bay activity centre. Had western lunch at Anmon hotel once but food was average, Natra's food was much better. Will definitely consider Natra for our next Bintin trip due to the excellent staffs!

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... ¡Tuvimos una estadía genial en Cassia! 1) El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a saludar a las personas con una sonrisa, charlas informales, se esforzó al máximo para brindar un servicio de primera. Un agradecimiento especial a Yance (lo conocimos en el club de playa Xana), que fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que la pasáramos muy bien ☺️ y al instructor de Zumba, que era un derroche de energía 😂 2) La comida estaba deliciosa, Lotus Cafe, U Beach Club, Vista, Treetops, probé la comida de todos los lugares mencionados y ¡fue increíble! Deliciosa, limpia y superó mis expectativas. 3) Actividades divertidas: bádminton, voleibol de playa, fútbol, ​​tenis de mesa, aqua Zumba, fiesta en la piscina con espuma, etc. ¡La piscina infinita también fue genial! Estaba súper limpia y el agua no estaba fría. 4) La habitación estaba limpia, brindan agua potable todos los días, torre de playa con una bolsa (¡lo cual es genial!). También brindan servicio de transporte gratuito para recoger y dejar en la terminal de ferry (en autobús operado por el hotel). No tengo nada de que quejarme de este lugar, muy recomendable 🫶🏼

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

El viaje al hotel propiamente dicho se realiza en unos 20 minutos en autobús lanzadera del hotel. Puede elegir entre suites de estilo colonial en el edificio principal o cerca o villas de estilo tailandés/bali en el gran terreno y a un corto paseo del edificio principal. Las villas tailandesas son muy bonitas, llenas de todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos productos de alta gama. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, terraza al aire libre con asientos y un exterior bien cuidado lo hacen realmente agradable. En la sección principal, la piscina con sus 50 metros de longitud es un verdadero punto destacado, junto con la muy fácil y cercana proximidad a la prístina y enorme sección de playa. Aunque está orientada al norte, la playa está en realidad en una bahía y se puede explorar durante horas. También vale la pena mencionar el spa que ofrece tratamientos realmente sorprendentes administrados por terapeutas muy experimentados que realmente lo mimarán de principio a fin. Lamentablemente, también hay una serie de deficiencias. Aunque el hotel proporciona repelente de insectos para su uso diario, ni siquiera las mejores medidas de prevención y los mejores esfuerzos de limpieza y fumigación del personal evitarán que miles de millones de pulgas de arena lo ataquen en la playa, especialmente después de la lluvia o durante las horas de la noche, cuando se convierte en su cena. Como ya hemos dicho, el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible, pero si no se les enseña lo básico o están dirigidos por gerentes indiferentes, entonces las cosas tienen que cambiar. La gestión viene de arriba. En resumen, si buscas un lugar agradable para relajarte en un edificio de estilo colonial, no demasiado concurrido y con una hermosa piscina, prueba el Sanchaya. Sin embargo, si buscas una cocina que no sea mala, ni siquiera ordinaria, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lado.

This place was beyond my expectations! We were greeted firstly by the gentleman at the ferry terminal to wait for our shuttle bus. Once we reached the hotel, the view from the lobby literally took my breath away. Initially we booked the garden view but dangg the sea view is to die for so we called the receptionist to upgrade to the sea view room just merely 3mins after stepping into our room. No regrets!! Room is perfect for the 3 of us (2Adults & 1kid), but the flooring in room 5031 (I think the vinyl tile) was slightly airy so there’s a “whistling” sound every time we stepped on certain floors in the room. Staffs were all amazing especially the staffs in Rempah Restaurant. To name a few - Putera, Allen, Maria… mostly everyone was so welcoming and can see how they enjoyed working here. Special shout out to the beautiful receptionist that welcomed us, Viona — she figured out it was my birthday and they really surprised me with the cakes! First it was a surprise in the restaurant during breakfast, then next, in the room! It was a lovely surprise for both me and my husband cos my husband didnt even tell them to do anything. He just literally asked if the hotel is selling any cakes to celebrate my birthday. Their initiative is on another level. Food in Rempah Restaurants are all marvellous! We had dinner, breakfast and lunch here. Chef Johan was so nice to go around asking for feedbacks on his dishes. He even let us try his new menu that he is adding into the restaurant- the fish floss is amazing. The spa was great too! Beautiful ambiance and love how the ladies approached us to ask if I would like to try their spa when I was by the pool side. Its a nice gesture from them, looking for potential customers (: I highly recommend this place and I really hope they will maintain their standard, cos we will return to bring our parents one day. Thank you Team Fourpoints by Sheraton Bintan, and congratulations in advance on the official opening tomorrow! We are fully recharged to welcome another week of routine in our life.

Overall a pretty decent stay. We super love the service and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to all of our requests and many last minute changes. The room is quite clean and the aircon is super strong. Very convenient to have the pool outside, good privacy while you take a dip/play in the water. They have Netflix, Disney+, etc but you need to sign in to your account. Downside is we are disconnected to the signal/no internet for the TV. Ended up using our phones to watch shows.
