I had a great time eating delicious food but most of all the help and service I got from amir and Ruby from reception was UNBELIEVABLE. Never experienced customer service in all the years I have ever stayed at a hotel which is regular. They really are a credit to the company.

Having stayed at this hotel in the past and had minor issues and still satisfied with what the hotel and staff had to offer, this past weekend we stayed and all I can say is wow like a different place amazed how clean and tidy it was and to see such friendly front of house staff. Only down fall was bar and restaurant had shut early so had to settle to go out for a drink but overall 5/5. Big shout out to Linda who I spoke to prior to arrival for dealing with room requests a real credit to the hotel

We arrived to find a lovely clean reception with hot chocolate, marshmallows & creak in the foyer! The little touches make a big difference I find! We came to see family nearby, the room is lovely and clean with lovely comfy beds & pillows. The bonus to our stay has to be a wonderful staff member called Bryony! I'd love to give Bryony a huge hug and shout out as the Nicest reception lady, EVER! I asked her name as I experienced true professionalism & kindness towards myself & to another guest staying here tonight & you truly have made a difference to our stay by being you! We'll definitely be back to stay again, even if just to see your lovely self again! Merry Christmas lovely lady xx

Very nice stay at extremely reasonable rate. Nice comfy bed and comfortable room. Tea and coffee supplied and not really ask for more for the price. Location was convenient and some of the views from the parking lot were breathtaking. Would stay here again.

Spent two nights here. The rooms - as you would expect. Very friendly and helpful reception staff - nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately our second night was disturbed by other guests arguing in the corridor outside our room. This was obviously not the fault of the hotel.

There was once a staff member called Vicky, Who took on a task deemed rather tricky. Up went the lights, And to Vicky’s delight, The window adhesive remained most sticky. What an incredible use of the foyer space to enrich the entrance into the hotel with such a beautiful Christmas display. New York at Christmas booked? Cancel. Check out this foyer. Vicky has performed nothing short of a miracle and public service with the display erected. 10/10. Hotel otherwise fine.
