Experience one of Leelanau counties unique historic properties! On site we have wine tasting venues, Hawkins Farms Cellars, and a Thai Fusion restaurant, and close to lots of activities. Bring your boat, we have water access to the Traverse Bay, just across the street is a DNR boat launch, and our beach, just follow the path through the woods to a sandy beach. We have free overnight parking. The apartment is a 1 bedroom with queen size bed, living area with couch and table, full kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath, coffee maker, microwave, free wireless internet, and flat screen TV.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
