When I stay at different branches of the same hotel chain, I expect a consistent experience. However, this particular NH hotel fell far short compared to others in the same category. The rooms were outdated and had not been renovated, and the furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Despite requesting two twin beds, we were given a small, uncomfortable full bed. The entire experience felt like something out of a Cold War-era Soviet block, with the conditions being shockingly poor. I’ve stayed at NH hotels in other locations, such as Amsterdam, Madrid, and Mannheim, and all provided a consistent and pleasant experience. However, this branch was by far the worst, which is unacceptable. If you cannot maintain the same standard of service across all branches, you should consider creating a separate tier and clearly indicating that this location does not meet the usual NH standards.
