Foul smell of dampness in room, bed sheets weren’t clean or changed before the new guest arrives. No spoon kept near kettle and cups to stir tea/coffee. Instead of keeping sealed bottled water, they had kept refilled water bottles from tap water. Breakfast was still better than my expectations after looking at the rooms. Staff was prompt to assist with check in and during breakfast.

Hotel facilities are very basic. Decor e is below average. House keeping is mediocre. Service is poor, food quality is bad. Need all around improvement.

Good location, ample parking, and a good staff. The food was great. They are renovating their rooms as well.

The hotel is located near the railway station, the room was nice and clean at a decent price, food was tasty.

The property is good. Staff is decent and polite. Had a short stay. Very comfortable rooms. Recommended: river facing rooms. The hotel must have a signboard at the main gate.
