El hotel es muy bonito y moderno, el personal es muy atento. La habitación es impresionante, sus muebles de madera trabajada, con aire acondicionado y ventilador, muy confortable. El restaurante no hay que dejarlo de visitar la comida deliciosa y el desayuno super completo.

the hotel raj haveli Bikaner only this hotel experience is very bad. Hotel Staff is too much argued with customers and not provided proper service. the staff behaviour just like no need to any customer for the hotel. just hotel infrastructure is good but not sufficient only hotel structure it needs good behaviour by hotel staff, needs to improve better service to this hotel. The food quality of this hotel is not good."

Got a smooth check inn. Room was good and clean but they need to work on cleaning of cushion and running they had black spot on it. Overall it was a good experience. Hopefully visiting again.

Front office is very rude. Not a customer friendly hotel. Not recommended. Rooms are reasonable though but very poor service. Not satisfied. Payment demanded before every service and not on checkout. Absolutely not recommended as service needs to improve especially staff behaviour,

Location is odd side of bikaner, services is key concern for customers which is very poor. Even hotel policy is not implemented as per indian customs. They charged for water, dental & savings kits also even customer were suggested to hotel staff that can be added while in booking which is common but there management are not to worried to proper listen, communicate & services.

I actually booked rooms in this hotel in December 2020 to accommodate guests for my brother’s wedding (been sometime, couldn’t write the review earlier, hence now posting it). The rooms are not that great, and specifically to point out the front office people are very rude, especially Bilal. They don’t trust their guests and demand money before any service rather than at the time of check out. Absolutely not customer friendly. Highly disappointed.

Staff was cooperative and as we were reached there in advance before check in due to early departure of the bus but they gave entry without any extra charges.

Hospitality is good rooms are good, quality of food is also fine. They have keep better quality tea and coffee pouches and have some arrangements for moving out of hotel either by three wheeler or car taxi. Mobility with in the city without vehicular connections is the biggest hurdle for this property
