The rooms were spacious enough for a family of two adults and two kids. the bathroom was neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and very kind. The food at the hotel was very good. The parking consists of open parking in front of the hotel. Overall the stay was pleasant one.

Food was not good. Bathroom shower was leak. Room service was good. Easy approachable and easy auto available. Rest all things was good. Staff behaviour was good. Entrance was good. Thanks

Hotel parking was very odd located and was flooded. Hotel floors were seemingly *******. Continuous renovation work (sound) was going on till late night which was irritating.

Booked through MMT. The reviews on Tripadvisor and MMT are reasonable. However, I found the place other way. The moment you step in, the disappointment starts. Shabby reception with poorly dressed boys are available to greet you. The room walls are not clean, bedsheets stained. Power sockets not working. Bathroom is not clean with dirty buckets, shower panel not working, geyser not working, foot mat / towel torn and dirty etc. In the evening, I enquired about breakfast timing at the reception as I was to checkout by 9 AM to which I got a cold reply in Hindi which meant - "you will at least get bread and butter by that time". The dining area is dirty with broken ceiling, dirty tables. The breakfast timings displayed in the room is 8 AM onwards. As I had to leave early by 9 AM, reached the dining hall for breakfast at 8.30 AM. It was deserted. When I asked for breakfast, a shabbily dressed person who was severely coughing and sneezing without taking precautions said it is not yet time and it would be ready after 9 AM. When questioned, they arranged some stuff. The idly served was half cooked and sambhar still raw and uncooked. This person who was unwell did the serving. The ceiling was damaged

Room service staffs are little bit irritating. They need a training how to treat and behave. Apart from that, they ignore number of calls for other room services intentionally.

No kitchen with the hotel. Location is just ok. Amenities and services are average. Light went off at night and it took long time in restoration.

A food choice in the price simple rooms but clean so didnt have any complaining point. Location was nice close to some places. Its looks great from the road chasing to the place . Staff were attentive and will ready to help in the point of tours,sight seen and other activities in the town.
