This has been a last minute booking for me. I paid an exorbitant $340 for a crappy, stained all over, motel 6 room. The gap around the door was about half inch wide. 15° outside. The heater didn't work, so I called the front desk. They told me to wait a few minutes. I used both units, wall and central, and neither worked. I was so tired from snowboarding that I immediately fell asleep. 2 hours later I woke up all cold. The heater had never kicked in. The next morning, classy "daddy's girl" tattoo on the chest clerk told me that she would let the management know about my horrible experience. Melody, the manager whom I called about 6 times, told me that she spoke with the owner and that the heater is working. So basically, she told me that I was lying...... You're better off sleeping in your car than spending the night there. Oh, the toilet handle was broken too...
