Well known old hotel with good staff ,good behaviour and supportive , Food is awesome ..............

No water, no dental kits, no kettal etc, u had charged rs. 900 extra for breakfast, but they had provided breakfast only for rs. 300, very small, smelly n dirty room, very bad experience

the stay at venus inn was pleasant and good in all aspects 👍👍

The staff behaviour is so bad. I came for medical treatment. I was in the hospital so i told them to extend it by 2 hours, at first they said okay then he calls me and says we are removing your luggage from the room. What the hell is this behavior.

Lovely stay. Hospitable staff, swift room service, clean & hygienic room, good location (those with heavy luggage, connect hotel and reach parking directly to avail lift directly from ground basement. Main entry has stairs only at entry, may be difficult foraged and ailing travellers) near by markets makes it lively stay

I stayed for a night with my mom since we were coming back from banaras and the flight got delayed. Property is being managed very poorly. Once we entered the room, i saw a few cockroaches inside the room, the bedsheet had few stains and was not cleaned properly. I have no idea about the food since the restaurant closes by 1030 and we had reached by 1145 pm.
