Hotel room was not ready at all, also hotel owner was not showing any interest towards the customers' stay. Had to call mm t call center for their help.

The room which was given was having insects and dusty and in the washroom the flush pipe was leaking, no geyser in the bathroom. They said that when u need hot water inform us 10 mins prior and will switch on the motor from the backend and i informed them and waited for an hour but no hot water was provided. I wish i could give 0 as a rating

Tata sky remote was not available in the room. Washroom could be more better door was broken blanket was kept unfolded in the cupboard

Room size is small. No restaurant inside the hotel. No nearby food stalls. No hot water facility. Location is good.

This hotel was like photogenic. It was looking beautiful but indoor was not that good and spacious. In the name of bathtub they are charging more but the irony is bathtub is not working

Enter the room and we were greeted with a smell as if the room was never used. Ac didnt work, tv and phone were broken. We were told that ac works despite a clear issue and we had to stay in the room for 2 hours in the extreme heat of may month. After that we were moved to a less expensive room which was much better and spacious. Ac and tv worked but phone didn't. Then after 2 nights, they fixed the ac and hotel management wanted to us to move again, so that they don't have to refund. Is it a joke? customer inconvenience doesn't matter to these guys. Cleanliness was strictly average. Only good thing. Support staff were good. Summary - never again.
