very polite behaviour from reception and hotel staff. Clean room with clean bathroom and affordable price

Positive points :
1. Big and spacious rooms
2. courteous staff
Negative points :
1. Rooms not maintained at all
2. Service quality poor to v.poor
3. Kitchen not functional..even tea is not available
4. Old and worn out furniture and fittings (including beds and wardrobe).
5. One can get much better properties at this tariff or by paying few hundred bucks extra
6. Had to call multiple times for breakfast which was complimentary
7. I had booking at this property again on Jan 4th which I cancelled after my bad experience
I stayed here in August this year when things were much better. New management has reportedly taken over...there is tremendous improvement required

Hotel ownership changed, total Bhoot Bangla, ******* House, no WiFi, no soap, no towels, no functional restaurant .
Definitely avoid atleast next 6 months

The location is a bit interior. No restaurant, no inhouse cook etc. Though the receptionist was cordial, there was no service. Dirty washrooms and bed linens. I will never recommend it.

we stayed in room no 404 not clean properly, wash basin tap, shower no pressure, we paid at the time of check in for an extra bed but provided late night, our experience is very bad as per rates 🙏

Breakfast having only one option there is no taste and service is bad. Hotel is good very peaceful. Ac remote is not working.

It was an amazing location with hygiene and good quality food that to be with affordable cost. It would be good for family or friends trip with a small terrace pool for fun.

At the outset the hotel staff told that they have broken ties with 'make my trip' and are not entertaining any of those customers now. It was immensely difficult to convince them that i received no such information and in fact after my driver convinced them in local language that they asked for the receipt from 'make my trip' of the same day which i had received on my email and after some maybe 1 hour or maybe more, they allowed my a room. By the way the room tv worked for only one day and then refused to do so. The hot water setup in the washroom also obliged me (an unwelcome guest) for only one day out of four. The dinner was alright but the breakfast curry was characterized by a heavy salt content, which was being camouflaged by sugar. Moral of the story being that you should always talk to the hotel itself 1 month before, 1 week before and at least 1 day before arrival in case they cancel your stay in the evening/night you reach in order to avoid becoming an unwelcome guest or a nomad searching for another place at night!
