It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Very neat and clean. The staffs are of good behaviour. The location of the hotel is very close the market of bhubaneswar.

Room floor was not cleaned. Very old bathroom.I booked for 3 beded room.But they gave 2 beded room with one extra mattress .

Location is near to railway station. cleanliness was not up to mark. blanket and bedsheets was dirty. The window glass of washroom was broken and basin tap was not working. Reception response was very bad. we complained multiple times about washroom issue but no body came to help.

I had a terrible experience at Sambit Royal. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the washroom was in an even worse condition—honestly, railway washrooms are better than this. The walls were stained, and the entire room had a foul smell, making it hard to stay there. My sister and I had to leave in the middle of our stay because she felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I feel completely let down. The overall hygiene and maintenance were shocking. This was a complete waste of money, and I strongly feel that I deserve a refund for such a disappointing experience.

Maintenaince of rooms, beds are not good. Toilet is not good and not cleaning properly . Mattresses, bedsheets are not good

The overall experience was good. The only thing we were dissatisfied about was the condition of the bathrooms. Moreover, the bed should have been more cleaned. The rest of it was very nice. Especially, the location. And all the stuffs in the hotel are good.
