I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful place, and i must say, it exceeded my expectations! the location is perfect, with a serene atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. But what truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly supportive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. Their kindness and professionalism are truly commendable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience"

It is a 4 star Hotel, but believe me it doesn’t deserve even 3 star. Room condition is very poor. Bathroom is very small. Lighting switches arrangement are weird.

The property lacks standards against the tariff. Despite the club room booking, the room was super smelly, lot of things needs replacement and required complete renovation, the approach of staff is lethargic, avoid booking this hotel

Hotel doesn't adjust checking time when i reached they say to wait for 3 hours because checking time is 12

Housekeeping- clean rooms, room service was good, so was the food preparation. Laundry and food were reasonably priced. However lobby manager looked busy rather than greeting the incoming guests. Front-desk check-in was efficient, checkout was ok

The hotel did not provide a iron in the room despite request. Neither did they provide cloth ironing as the laundry person has left for the day.

Property location is good, but the hygiene is poor. Cockroachs are all around the room & toilet. AC of room is not working properly only just showing 16 degree but not working.
