This was my terrible experience with them. The room was smelly and not properly cleaned. while checkout, they charged for the water as well, which was offered to me while check in

We had a family lunch at Sagar hotel on the day of Bihu, and were glad that it was open when most restaurants around were shut. The hotel is quite an old one but the interiors were pretty neat and clean. Coming to the food, we ordered mostly vegetarian- roti, dal fry, mixed vegetable etc. Even though the staffs claim that the quantity of food per plate is good for one, we personally felt that the quantity was good enough for two. The food wasn't rich at all and was very homely which we really loved. I had heard that the hotel was especially known for its fish preparations and surely it did not disappoint.
