We had booked 2 LuxTwin rooms in this hotel while transiting. Rooms and the property is good, but the staff and their attitude / conduct / training is very poor. Car parking is dirt parking and is dirty. We checked in at 1600hrs, and were given rooms on 2nd floor. Told us that rooms on higher floor were not ready (at 1600 hrs!!). They only gave us the keys. We had to ask if our meals were included. meal timings, restaurant location and wifi. Lack of training?? When we went to the rooms, there was a heap of used plates and stinking leftover food left at our door. It took 30 minutes to get it removed. There were no towels, condiments, toiletries or teacups in the room.(And the rooms were ready!!) Had to call them again and again to get the essentials. Next morning, we went for breakfast at 0715. It was ready but litter, trash and food waste from previous night was still lying on the floor. Guests were having breakfast in the same state of cleanliness. There were bones and used tissues, torn bills under our table. It was not cleaned till we left at 0800. Tap water was salty, not only hard and unfit for brushing. The technician said there was some problem with the system but reception told us it was normal. Basically, the hotel has untrained, inefficient and disgruntled staff.
