What we are doing to ensure we are following proper CDC Guidelines; - All EPA Certified HOSPITAL GRADE DISINFECTANTS/Cleaners - Thorough cleaning of all high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door knobs, toilets, sink/faucet, tables, countertops, desks, and etc. - Our Cleaning Staff will be covered with PPE; masks, Gloves, and booties. - We have extended our times between check out and check in to ensure our cleaners have the maximum amount of time needed to ensure every surface of our home is properly wiped and sanitized. And as always all linens, blankets, and towels will be thoroughly washed BUT we will give you the option of bringing your own if preferred. ATTRACTIONS; -8 miles to SeaWorld and Six Flags Fiesta -5 minutes from some of the best shopping areas in San Antonio -1 hour from WINE COUNTRY -20 Minutes from RIVERWALK/Downtown San Antonio & The Allamo. -Quick hop on to major highway 1604 that will take you almost anywhere in San Antonio within 25 minutes. -Right outside Lackland Air-force Base -Plenty of hiking and exercise trails -USE OF OUR LARGE COMMUNITY POOL with Adult and baby swim area as well as a large covered playground and basketball courts. ***COMMUNITY POOL SCHEDULE*** OPEN 2022 Season ***POOL RULES & HOURS*** OPEN 2023 Season Dates of Operation March 10 - March 20 (Open Spring Break, daily) March 25 - April 9 (Saturday and Sunday Only) April 15 - October 15 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim) Hours of Operation, weather permitting*: Wednesday - Monday: 8:00 a.m., to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday - Closed for cleaning *The pool must be closed if there is thunder and/or lightning within the vicinity. If a national holiday falls on Monday, the pool will be closed for cleaning the following Tuesday. Your pool access device will not grant access outside of the above-outlined times, unless otherwise notified by a member of the Board of Directors. *Restrictions may change* Mesa Creek Board of Directors may close any amenity or suspend any user's use of amenities if rules are violated. We have a one car garage equipped with a garage opener, which you will be given. The home was made to feel as comfortable as possible. We use this home strictly for rentals now and tailor it towards BMT Graduates family and comfortability, and many families coming in to enjoy a vacation at a home away from home as well. We are aware families will be staying here and kids may also accompany them so we have made some child proof additions to our home. All outlet covers are covered and we provide a pack n play with a set of sheets for you child. We have a large sectional couch with a wide ottoman. The dining rooms seats 6 but we have dish settings for 8. We have a fully stocked kitchen and pride ourselves on helping families save money by cooking home and providing all of the essentials needed. We do provide some toiletries, dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo, body soap, and paper products and towel sets for 8. We provide HD TV on all TVs. Main living room has a 55'' HDTV and both Master bedroom and Queen Bedroom have 32' HD TV's. Wifi available. House is all automatic entry and you are given a key code to get in house and to disarm security alarm. We have a nice covered patio in our backyard with seating for 4. Charcoal grill and grill tools included. BMT GRADUATIONS/CANCELLATIONS Please keep in mind that your Airman is not permitted outside the San Antonio 1604 LOOP. We are well within this loop and right outside the base.
