Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life. My family of 8 arrived at 1:30 in the morning. No one was at the front desk. We waited, called the main number for the hotel and it just rang and rang on the front desk next to us. We called BW corporate, and they tried to call the hotel over and over and the phone was just ringing next to us. After about an hour, we left and went to the Red Roof Inn down the road, and shared our experience. The front desk clerk there stated that she knew the other front desk person, and after calling her personal cell several times, was able to get her to answer. We headed back to this hotel. In spite of booking 2 rooms, the now awake clerk swore we only had 1 room reserved, and charged us full price for one room (Charged twice for that room). At this point it was 3:30 in the morning. One of our rooms was fine. The other - had not been cleaned at all - the beds were unmade and there were towels all over the floor. I headed back down to the front desk and got another room - which was clean this time. My wife and kids ended up getting to bed at 4 AM because of all this. We woke up at 9 to try and get a refund on the room and eat breakfast - then my kids got yelled at by the staff for being there late - it was 9:50 and breakfast stops at 10. The manager was terribly rude to my wife - who was very understandably upset. She told me she would refund my room IF she got paid by ********** - even though she told me they found the other room we reserved in their night audit. They did end up refunding that charge, but refused to do anything else.
