Very comfortable bed spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast too lovely poached eggs to order. Great location we had a lovely walk around the wall and quay after breakfast. The most outstanding are the fabulous staff....cheery, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was a bother. Thoroughly recommended thank you so much for a great stay

We stayed at the Premier Inn in Berwick-upon-Tweed for a visit to Bamburgh Castle and found it to be in a great central location—ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We booked a premium room, which was cosy, spotlessly clean, and had everything you'd expect for a good night's sleep. There were a couple of small drawbacks: the internet was on the slower side, and while it wasn’t noisy overall, we could hear some movement from the room above. That said, it didn’t spoil the stay and we’d happily return for the convenience and comfort.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were very friendly and professional, they made my grandaughters holiday. The location was good ,close to the town centre,and close to the . We didn't try the food ,but it looked goid

Just stayed here with my mam for 2 night and what a place and experience it was, laura the member of staff was amazing so friendly and welcoming really made my stay. The rooms a spacious and good views. Definitely will be back, the breakfast was lovely and fresh too.

Had a one night stay here. The room was spotless and had great views of the town hall clock. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in went very smoothly so did check out. I did not have food here but the breakfast looked delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and super comfortable beds — exactly what you’d hope for from a Premier Inn, and it didn’t disappoint! Perfect base for exploring Berwick and the surrounding area. Everything was clean, quiet, and hassle-free. Would happily stay again!

Such friendly staff, informative and made us laugh, will definitely visit again. Comfy beds and good breakfast but the welcoming staff made it for us, fabulous, thank you. They let us leave our bags until check in, lovely coffee before bedtime

From the minute we arrived ( in fact even on the phone a few minutes before we arrived)! The Reception Staff were amazing! Nothing was too much bother and they were always friendly and so helpful. The Hotel is in an excellent location and ideal for visiting Berwick and nearby attractions. We will definitely be returning!!

Unbelievably friendly staff ! We came as a group of 7 cyclists and all the faff that comes with it and the staff made sure our luggage and kit was stored safely and quickly. The rooms were simple, clean and exactly what was needed. The breakfast was excellent with accommodation for dietary needs (not something you always get at a Premier Inn), and all the staff, at all times were fun and friendly and really helpful. Stand out member of staff was Julia, who really looked after us, whilst having a good laugh at the same time.
