Stonehenge Campsite & Glamping Pods

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a campsite where the staff are more friendly and more prepared to bend over backwards to ensure you have a good day. From booking, turning up late on arrival, to leaving we were made to feel like we had been visiting this site over many years. Many thanks to Pete, Shannon and the team for making us feel so incredibly welcome and going out of their way to ensure that we were all happy and had everything that we needed. A superb site in a great location with easy access from the A303. We will be back.

This is easily the best site I have stayed at. The Wardens Matt and Becks are so friendly and made the stay memorable. The site is clean, tidy and extremely well maintained. There is lots to see and do in the area and there are superb walks from the site. I will definitely be back as soon as I can.

Very clean, hosts friendly, fab location for visiting Stonehenge and surrounding area I was surprised to find showers were £1 for 5 mins, but they were hot and 5 mins is plenty of time to wash everything, some of the money is also given to charity. We had a lovely chilled long weekend. Campfires are allowed. Remember to take a torch as the site is not lit, the dark skies did show lots of stars

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, on our way home. Beautiful site, right off the A303 (no traffic noise) spotless facilities. Becks gave us a cheeky upgrade, thank you hun. Nice little shop, gorgeous landscape. Definitely worth a visit, we will be back. Liz and Paul greenwood

The best welcome we have ever had at a site the wardens Matt and Becks are an asset to this site. The location is excellent if you are visiting Stonehenge or Salisbury. It’s very peaceful and extremely restful. The ladies toilets are nice and extremely clean the gents I believe although clean leave a little to be desired and would benefit from a refit. There is a £1 charge to use the showers which I thought strange and not usual. They must have their reasons. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area we stayed 3 nights and felt very rested when we left. The only negative for us was the lack of tv signal and complete loss of phone signal both o2 and Voda for one afternoon and evening. This of course is nothing to do with the site and totally beyond their control. A really great place to stay I highly recommend
