The location is perfect.

ブランデンブルク門やその前の大通り、森鷗外記や念館自然史博物館まで徒歩で行けます。 駅もとても近いので、他の場所にも行きやすいです。(空港まで1本です) また、周囲にスーパーやご飯屋さんも豊富です。 部屋も広く、揺ったりと過ごせました。 宿泊した翌日に、荷物を夜まで預かっていただきました。

We booked a double and a single room. We were surprised by the size of the double. It was big and very roomy. However, alot could be desired regarding cleanliness. The bathroom was really unpleasant. You could write your name in the dust in the windowsill, and utilities like the hairdryer stand, towelrack, toilet paper holder and radiator. Absolutely disgusting. The single room were slightly cleaner in the bathroom, but had these really nasty carpet stains. We thought they were mold at first, but no. Not ok for what we paid for the rooms. On top of that, no breakfast included, and cost us an extra €200 for 5 people 2 mornings. And what a glorious rip off that was. Been to several hotels over the years, and this was by far the most boring breakfast ever. The dining room was nice, but we expected alot more to select from for the extra money we had to spend for breakfast. If we had known, we would have saved that money, and gotten something far better at some of the other coffee shops or restaurants around. During our entire stay, we met two people on staff who were actually nice. A young man keeping track of the room numbers on arrival to breakfast, and a young lady (long hair and glasses) at the reception in the mornings. The person in charge of the bar, just went off and vanished for long periods of time, and when he finally came back, we and other guests were told abruptly that the bar was closed, and he went off again. There is no lounge, or anywhere you can sit and wait for things like pick up after you have checked out, unless someone is kind enough to open the door into the bar area. 3 stars must be a joke. If we ever come back to Berlin, we will be booking elsewhere

Good location to sites, trains and restaurants/cafes. Just a few blocks from River Spree. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room with comfortable bed. Lovely view of courtyard plus windows that open. Note that there is neither a coffee maker or tea pot.

Lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms. Staff friendly. It was my brothers 40th birthday & they brought complimentary champagne to the room which was a nice touch. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. Good location, very close to a large train station. Walkable to the Brandenburg gate. Plenty of nice restaurants on the same road as the hotel. Only very slight negative is that we were in rooms at the front of the hotel & it was a bit noisy early morning when delivery vehicles came & the refuse was collected etc.
