Very nice hotel with clean and relatively new facilities. I enjoyed sleeping there a lot. However I was very disappointed when I asked the receptionist for some informations, she directed me to the tourist centre. It’s usually a hotels staff job to give help me with basic information about the city. I wish they were more helpful!

酒店職員對客人是很友善的； 酒店設施也很好, 房間很整潔； 但食物就非常失望！這間是５星酒店啊！我訂房時看評論大多說晚餐及早餐都很好吃， 有人更說晚餐是日式懷石料理，很精緻很好吃，不容錯過！ 所以我就所訂了連早晚餐的房間，約三仟多元。淨房價只需約二仟三，即包早晚約多近一仟元。所以，我們對晚餐是十分期望的。 可是酒店對我們提供的晚餐是安排在一間西餐廳中吃＂印尼炒麵＂及＂西班牙炒飯＂（請看附圖）！ 誰會期望去日本吃＂印尼炒麵＂及＂西班牙炒飯＂啊！而且印尼炒麵味道極甜，可能連印尼人也不會喜歡呢！ 那個西班牙海鮮炒飯的海鮮一點也不鮮，死死實實的蝦仁和青口很難吃！真的令我們非常失望！ 之後唯有期望早餐好一些，那料也比不上我此次旅程住過的其他日本酒店，但這間是房間最貴的啊！ 總結，訂此酒店可以，但連訂餐請慎重考慮！

Con amigos para la primera vez que experimentamos un hotel japonés, es muy feliz tener una experiencia japonesa. No sabemos cómo se habían pasado los hoteles en el metro de la ciudad. Llamamos a un autocar en el pasado, hay un buen servicio y los empleados son muy amables, donde hay empleados taiwaneses que también pueden comunicarse en chino. El ambiente de primera clase del hotel, con un estilo japonés de maíz en su interior, ofrece pijamas japoneses, mirando el hermoso paisaje de la ventana, es muy sorprendente. La calorosa calefacción puede reservarse en privado, y la calorosa calefacción pública, es muy cómoda. ¡El desayuno también es muy agradable en japonés, muy alto nivel, delicioso! La recomendación absoluta de este hotel, tanto en términos de servicio, medio ambiente, instalaciones como de alimentos, es muy satisfactoria, y es un hotel que sería deseable volver a vivir.

Reserva incorrectamente una habitación de fumadores. Felizmente, el cheque en la estaca fue lo suficientemente amable para cambiar a una habitación de no fumadores. Hay en la casa Onsen. El desayuno es típico variedad japonesa y bueno. El hotel se puede ver desde la plataforma de lluvia... a sólo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de JR Beppu y ahí está el terminal de autobús

If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil getaway with impeccable service and a true Japanese experience, I highly recommend Kannawaen Sanso Ryokan. It’s a place we would love to visit again. Note: they provide shuttle from/to station with time slot! Convenient

기린호수 근처라 위치가 산책하고 쇼핑하기 너무 좋았고, 숙소내에 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 여러 탕과, 무료 음료 자판기, 생맥주가 훌륭했습니다. 식사도 일본 가정식치고 고급스럽고 정성스럽게 나와서 기억에 남는 식사 중에 하나에요. 이 숙소 때문이라도 다시 한 번 유후인을 방문하고 싶을 정도에요. 추천합니다!
