Booked a Deluxe Studio chalet of 1queen4singles. They can also provide you 6singles instead. Its a chalet with 2 rooms 2 bath 1 living hall & a balcony. Requested for wheelchair friendly space/area, but lucky enough to get a unit closest to the main walkways not far from our vehicles parked. The wooden Chalet is nice and clean giving you a kampung vibes abit. No refrigerator ya. Outside of the unit is a bbq pit with sink right in front of each chalet. Love the morning breeze here. Quiet and serene. May take a drive along the road to pack some outside foods from cafes or foodstalls not far from the place too. One of our family members needed to check out later than 12, contacted admin and Mr Raymond, within seconds its sorted. Yes they are very attentive to their whatsapp and other medium of communication. Contact them 3,2 days prior to your arrival just to double check and confirmation process. Not necessarily to do so, its just me, i will do that every time.
Overally, we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that cut the fun part is the no-fridge-thing, we are with babies and kids, so they have full cream milk and stuff that we bring along. But thats okay. We managed, we actually brought an ice box..

- atv ride que es divertido y lleno de adrenalina. El itinerario le lleva a la colina fuerte y también a la zona mudada. Mejor cuando llueve la noche antes ....
- el campo donde hay la línea zip, trampolina, fútbol y dos puestos de objetivo, la piscina infantil y la piscina adulta.
- Caminar por la mañana justo fuera del hotel en la zona circundante
- desayuno. No muchas opciones, pero suficiente. El lemak nazi es delicioso, ha tostado pan con caya y mantequilla, algunos Kui, es suficiente para nosotros
- el personal es amable y útil

- la presión del agua en el duche es demasiado baja
- algunas zonas las plantas parecen no cuidadas o abrasadas

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es muy agradable, pero nos hemos quedado a unos 300 metros para llegar a nuestra habitación desde el ascensor, ya que fue la última habitación que está muy lejos y cansada para hacer todos los días durante nuestra estancia. La habitación no estaba lista cuando llegamos y tuvimos que esperar hasta casi las 5 pm antes de poder entrar oficialmente.

The complimentary service for hi tea and breakfast is superb. I am late for the last call hi tea they packed coffee and all the condiments for me. Nice view from my suites, can see GHPO and cable car from there.
The cons is that the lift is too slow and takes time during peak hours.

LLings72Nos lo pasamos absolutamente increíble en The Scapes Hotel. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba impecable, con una decoración estupenda y sábanas frescas. El desayuno buffet era delicioso, ¡con una gran variedad de opciones! El personal fue atento e hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos. Definitivamente regresaré.

Every detail, from the cozy beds to the elegant decor, made my stay feel luxurious. I truly appreciated the effort put into maintaining such high standards. UUsuario anónimoWe drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable.
Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning.
Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.

BBasseeOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

JJolinChanEn cuanto a las colas, todos vamos directamente a la máquina para hacer el check-in. Resulta que son vacaciones escolares y hay mucha gente. Usé mi nombre para reservar 2 habitaciones en la máquina, pero solo me dieron una tarjeta de acceso para 1 habitación y no pude volver a ingresar a la máquina. Le pregunté al camarero y me dijo que había cola, pero que no estaba dispuesto a ayudar en absoluto. Más tarde, después de hacer cola durante una hora y media, la persona en el mostrador dijo que podía hacerlo con una máquina de allí y que el personal me ayudaría y pensé que tenían un problema y se lo informé. Los recién llegados de fuera no sabían nada. Fue una pérdida de tiempo. La premisa es que para la tarjeta de liberación que obtuve, debido a que el check-in no puede ser hasta las 3 en punto, la tarjeta de liberación que recibí a las 2:45 pm también tuvo que pagar el dinero que recibí antes. Yo también pagué, sólo para tener que hacer cola para conseguir una segunda tarjeta.
