Great location, just beside Oldtown Coffee shop. Walking distance to other fast food restaurants and shops. Queen room with window, size quite ok for this price. Just that when switching on aircond got a strange smell coming from the aircond, luckily there was a window in that room. Mouldy toilet area. Bathroom heater functioning well.

The view is spectacular.. I didn't expect this hotel would be this memorable for my stay.. Room is ok, breakfast was ok not so tasty, facilities very good, swimming pool is big and the view while swimming is so breathtaking.. They also have walking distance cafe and steamboat nearby the hotel.. You won't regret if you planning to stay here.. Only a few weakness hotel management need to improve
1. Cleanliness of the cup, the housekeeping did not wash the cup
2. Certain room lamp is broken and make the room darker at night
3. No dustbin in toilet while other room have
4. NO FRIDGE.. Its so sab because it's basic requirement.. I bring a lot of drinks but all i need to throw away because basi. All my picnic food also basi

6. TV got a lot of issues base on the room, no channel, tv red colour, tv freeze every 2 min.
I book room NO 2993-2995 and room 2995 almost perfect without any weakness except the glass is dirty and oily the housekeeping is not washing it.. Other room got the above issue i stated

環境：竹林別墅很有特色，環境清雅自然，綠意盎然。唯一的缺點就是野狗太多了，而且看到人就狂吠，讓人很害怕。
服務：服務員都很友好，但是如果能幫着把行李送到房間就更好了，自己拖着行李找房間還是挺費勁的，而且房間號在門鎖上，找了好久才看到。
衞生：可能是由於比較原生態，房間的衞生狀態不是很理想，在床單上看到了壁虎的糞便和螞蟻，不過在這種比較偏自然的環境下可能也無法避免。
設施：最大的槽點是房間裏沒有wifi，而且手機信號很差幾乎沒法上網，對於手機黨來説有點接受不了，想上網就得一直在大堂待着。熱水器也不太給力，温度開到最大水也很涼。
餐飲：晚餐和早餐都是自助形式。晚餐那個綠色的飲料非常好喝，一共喝了七八杯，強推。

Hay un árbol de Navidad en mi habitación,
vino gratis, camas de alta calidad, muebles modernos,
los vidrios de vino, los cuadernos son de alta calidad,
También propiedades de baño de la empresa blanca.
El hotel es muy útil, cuando mi hijo estaba enfermo, el hotel ayudaba a encontrar un médico, nos acompañó al médico, apreciado por esto.
La ubicación es perfecta en el centro,

La limpieza de la habitación: perfecto.
Desayuno: no es buffet.

UUsuario anónimoRecomendado para escapadas cortas. La hospitalidad es muy buena, desde el vestíbulo, y el registro fue muy fluido a pesar de la gran cantidad de gente haciendo cola. El servicio de té y desayuno gratuitos es excelente. Llegué tarde al último té y me prepararon café y todos los condimentos. Desde mi suite hay una bonita vista; se puede ver el aeropuerto de Heathrow y el teleférico.
La desventaja es que el ascensor es demasiado lento y tarda en hora punta.

The only concern here, it’s abit far to Gothong Jaya. And if you drive at night, please be careful as some the distance do not have lamppost, you need to very precaution.
Overall, we are happy stay here as it’s meeting our budget. Hopefully they can have improvements on the road with lampposts. Thanks

The parking are waived, coffee machine at the lobby are are foc, the view from the room and the restaurant are really nice, many socket in the room, many mat towel provided and the toilet are clean. Just there are few facilities are still under renovate and the electricity supply by the room card are not working. However, the staff are friendly and have solved it very quickly. Just one female staff are not friendly and mentioned check in are only available on 3pm sharp but immediately the other staff said its ok to process for check in hmmm. Lastly, the bed was really really really dirty, full of short hair and eyelashes and some black pieces.

BBasseeOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

JJolinChanEn cuanto a las colas, todos vamos directamente a la máquina para hacer el check-in. Resulta que son vacaciones escolares y hay mucha gente. Usé mi nombre para reservar 2 habitaciones en la máquina, pero solo me dieron una tarjeta de acceso para 1 habitación y no pude volver a ingresar a la máquina. Le pregunté al camarero y me dijo que había cola, pero que no estaba dispuesto a ayudar en absoluto. Más tarde, después de hacer cola durante una hora y media, la persona en el mostrador dijo que podía hacerlo con una máquina de allí y que el personal me ayudaría y pensé que tenían un problema y se lo informé. Los recién llegados de fuera no sabían nada. Fue una pérdida de tiempo. La premisa es que para la tarjeta de liberación que obtuve, debido a que el check-in no puede ser hasta las 3 en punto, la tarjeta de liberación que recibí a las 2:45 pm también tuvo que pagar el dinero que recibí antes. Yo también pagué, sólo para tener que hacer cola para conseguir una segunda tarjeta.
