Writing this in hopes of helping others make a decision while choosing their stay in Genting highlands. ✔️ Minimalist - only functional platform, mattress(es), toilet and hanging knobs. So less prone for accidents when you have toddlers ✔️ No door to toilet. I like this because less accidents too, but you need to ensure your toddler stays out. But you can't ensure the smells stay in. Plus ventilation is bad. ✔️There is a kids playground at the reception area! ✔️Fully self-help. You can check in and out with ease IF you are IT proficient. I checked in within 10 mins and checked out in 1 minute. ✔️Tiny minimart near reception - really like this! Very convenient. Otherwise, there's a larger supermarket right where you would walk entering the genting shopping area. ✔️They do clean! After 2nd night stay onwards. ✔️Value for money when comparing with the other hotels in genting highlands area ✔️ They provided bedroom slippers so no need to bring your own. I also loved their 2 in 1 shampoo / soap. ❓right by the road side. We were ok with this - my kids can sleep with noise. Mentioning because others might not be. This is the place for relaxing, reading a book at Starbucks, walking around to enjoy the fresh air and well groomed landscape, taking photo with the colourful buildings and the lovely lake with ducks and swans swimming gracefully.  Simple breakfast included. Downside - u can finish exploring the whole place within few hours, so must plan ur own program, example, driving down to bukit Tinggi village 1/2 hr away, for local food and coffee, and buy local fruits and vegetables.  The room was clean but could be better, the balcony was not sufficiently cleaned and dried. Todo es perfecto. Me encanta todo su personal, todos ellos son tan amables y muy útiles. Mis niños realmente disfrutan de esta estadía. Espero que pueda mejorar sus opciones de comer y la calidad de la comida.

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.
