Buena para todo porque la vista es hermosa, sólo el ventilador de aire acondicionado no es muy fuerte, el agua de baño es lenta y se puede viajar si instala el interruptor incorrecto, pero se puede volver a la habitación porque la caja principal en el armario de la habitación.

La ubicación es buena, pero un poco lejos de la zona principal de entretenimiento. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. Estaba en el alto nivel del hotel y estaba muy nublado todo el tiempo. El hotel está situado en 2 bloques y está mezclado con los residentes y es un poco confuso encontrar el cuarto y el parque de estacionamiento.

The loft bed max weight is 80kg (I did not see this notice anywhere before booking the room) - end up, we did not stay the loft top bed - 6 of us squeezed into 2 queen beds (2 of us squeezing in between the beds). Is good if hotel can raise this 'max 80kg' somewhere! One natural problem - outside wind strong - sometimes really very noisy - hotel can consider fixing something that can tone down the noise. The rest are just good!

Everything is just perfect. I love all your staff they all is so friendly and really helpful. My kids really enjoy this staycation. Hope you can improve your dining options and the food quality.

Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location makes everything incredibly convenient. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. They were friendly, efficient, and offered great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for the team. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. The skypool offered an amazing view of the city. Cleanliness & Comfort: Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also exceptional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Pros: - 4 personas con una gran sala de estar y cocina. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Tengo aire acondicionado en la habitación. - El servicio de mantenimiento de casas es bueno. - Agua con buena temperatura y presión. - No hay teléfono en la habitación, pero muy rápida respuesta del servicio de recepción WhatsApp. Desventajas: - El estacionamiento no es fácil. No hay señales claras y difícil de encontrar. No hay manera de volver a la torre del hotel después del estacionamiento. - El sofá es demasiado pequeño para 4pax. - Elección limitada de comida en esta ubicación, sin embargo, siempre puedes volver a Genting primer mundo si tienes un coche o tomar un autobús. - Piscina decepcionante. Pequeña y ruidosa. También está muy llena como es una instalación compartida entre las 4 torres. No tan bonita como la publicidad. Lo mismo para el gimnasio. - La puerta de ascensor abierta y el mecanismo cerrado es extraño. Tienes que presionar el panel delantero para que la puerta de la vida delantera abra. Experiencia entonces lo sabes, difícil de explicar aquí.
