It's across the way from the ****** and we needed a place to stay. I thought the restaurant would be a bit more than a lobby counter with small tables to sit at. Breakfast is not included, but we were told when it would be served, insinuating that it was included. Not clearly stated. The courtyard was very nice. The staff were all very nice. The room was clean and spacious.

My mom and stayed at the Courtyard in Bensalem last week when my dad had surgery next door at Rothman Institute. They were kind, understanding and very accommodating of our fluid timeline. The staff was all courteous, the cafe food was exceptional (and I’m a picky foodie!). The healthy breakfast options (never thought I’d find a breakfast bowl with kale on the menu!) and the dinner options just as good- with a full bar as well! The room was nice and clean. The bathroom door needed some adjusting but wasn’t a big issue. It was during a heatwave and the AC in the room was nice and cool. Opened my eyes to Marriot and will definitely seek one out in the future. But this one will hold a special spot because of the kindness they showed.

The people at the front desk are very friendly but whoever is in charge of cleaning the rooms needs to be fired. The rooms are disgustingly unsatisfactory. I don’t know why they were incapable of picking up the trash of whoever had previously stayed in my room. I stayed here a few times and each time I had a dirty room.

Room service is optional, and I never saw that in any other Marriott facility. Bad sign As a Golden Bonvoy member and Marriot owner, I usually get a bottle of water and a welcome bag. This time, they ask for 3 dollars per bottle Only two towels, although we booked as three guest Overall, it is ok but not great

This hotel is severely lacking in customer service. Once provided with out check-out folio, the hotel added charges that the front desk agent specifically told us would not be added. The general manager, Michelle, was not helpful, would not honor the printed check-out folios that we received, and kept referring discussions that the front desk agent had with other people. How bizarre. The front desk agent seemed confused and kept referencing discussions that we did not have or were privy to. He clearly confused us with other guests. Although the hotel has video of our check-out (which would have cleared up any confusion), Michelle refused to review the tape. Avoid this hotel, as Michelle and her team could use additional customer service training. Their service is a poor reflection of the Marriott brand. *In addition, this hotel is under renovation. New artwork, furniture, etc. is everywhere and there is loud construction. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.

If anyone has stayed in a Marriott before, you know what the experience is. This is nothing different. I stayed here for couple of days. Everyone at the front desk and at the cafe inside were very friendly. Since this was a business visit, I cannot tell you about the nearby attractions or anything though there are some restaurants in 10-15 mins walking distance. They do have a mini market and then a cafe/Starbucks that serves breakfast and lunch items. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. Had all the usual amenities. Overall a good experience and would definitely stay again.

We cannot express how pleased we were with the staff and accommodations at the Courtyard by Marriott Bensalem. We stayed there this Thursday, August 31 thru September 2 for our daughter's wedding. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, particularly Yolanda. Our daughter reserved the meeting room for the bridal party to get hair and makeup done. We were very impressed that the room was set up and full length mirrors were provided. Yolanda, made sure that we had everything we needed for the morning of to run smoothly. We also want to acknowledge the shuttle driver, whose name we forgot to get, he was there Friday night at the venue and back at it first thing Saturday morning! Everything about our stay was incredible. We should also mention that there were several weddings booked there this past weekend, this never interfered with the attention to detail provided by the staff, from housekeeping to shuttle service. Well done Courtyard by Marriott Bensalem!

We come to Bensalem often to visit family and have been staying at this Courtyard since 2015. We've seen it have it's ups and downs but it has always been our "home away from home"! We've had to try other hotels in the area a few times but we always look forward to staying here. Under the management of Michelle Presley it seems like everyone who works here is happy to be a part of this "family". Terrance, Rashon, Rianna, Lauren, Kiana, Comfort, Brittany, Yolanda, Archie and everyone we interact with are always pleasant, willing to help and go above and beyond to make things right. The rooms are always very clean and if there ever is a rare problem, it is always resolved in the best way possible.

One of the best designed hotel rooms ever. The room is gorgeous! I would have gave 5 stars but I did not like the way I was greeted during check in which was kind of a downer. Considering I was the guest of Parx ****** I deserved better.
