Veracruz-Fincas Benidorm

The apartment was lovely,nice & clean bathroom could have done with some tlc with the shower spraying the ceiling causing it to peel & come away (found some ceiling on the toilet seat) but my husband adjusted the shower head to stop this,it was very hot at night with no air con & very loud because they do allow groups so plenty of music late into the night/morning group of lads were pouring beer out of the balcony to people at the bottom waiting with mouths open not to mention toilet roll been thrown around the poor ice cream place at the bottom kepted having to mop/tidy up…..but the view & location was spot on great if you like to people watch the supermarket was so handy too attached to the side of the building……was looking at booking again but my flight home was at 6.55am so we had to post the keys (you get 2 sets) in the black tin box just outside and while on the way home the office emailed me to say I had only posted 1 set of keys so I wouldn’t be getting my 200€ deposit back which is a lie why would I only post 1 set of keys?what good are they to me in England & if I had have lost a set I would have informed them straight away because I have respect like I washed the towels & tidied up, I wouldn’t like a set of my house keys lost for whoever to just let themselves in so I feel like they have scammed me so for that reason I wouldn’t recommend staying here not unless you want to be called a liar and to lose 200€ we were a family of 3 adults 46,56,64 and 3 children 13,16,17 who saved hard for a week in the sun & this has just spoilt it for me *********** are useless and the apartment complex rude & unhelpful So I would avoid
