Apartamentos Maryciel by MC

Esta fue nuestra tercera visita a Maryciel Apartments y lamentablemente la última. Los apartamentos en sí son fantásticos y cuentan con salón/cocina independiente, dormitorio y baño. Tienen un balcón más grande que la media y habitaciones superiores con vistas al mar. Están ubicados céntricamente entre la Ciudad Vieja y la Nueva. Desafortunadamente, SÍ permiten que se queden grandes grupos de grupos de un solo sexo, al contrario de lo que dicen en su sitio web. Tuvimos al menos 4 noches de nuestras vacaciones perturbadas debido a grupos ruidosos de borrachos que regresaban entre las 3 y las 4 am. Entiendo perfectamente que estamos en Benidorm y no tenemos problema en que la gente vuelva a esta hora, pero si quieren seguir de fiesta deberían quedarse en las discotecas que ofrecen este servicio. No hay teléfono en las habitaciones para contactar con nadie ni nadie en las instalaciones por seguridad. Una noche, en la habitación contigua a la nuestra, ocupada por hombres jóvenes, se escuchaba música tan alta que otro residente tuvo que tomar el asunto en sus propias manos, lo que podría haberse vuelto desagradable porque no sabía a qué se enfrentaba. La zona de la piscina se mantuvo limpia y ordenada, pero le vendrían bien algunas tumbonas más. De hecho, salimos de la piscina antes en un par de ocasiones debido a un gran grupo de hembras muy ruidosas y groseras.

Nuestra estancia en Maryciel app El apartamento está mínimamente amueblado, pero todo está limpio. En la terraza no hay ningún sillón para relajarse, sólo sillones duros y rectos. Sólo hay un ascensor y el personal también tuvo que utilizarlo, por lo que los tiempos de espera en el ascensor son largos. La piscina sólo abre a las 10 de la mañana, hay muy pocas camas y no hay sombrillas ni un lugar de sombra. El bar solo estuvo abierto 3 días de 8 días y cuando preguntamos resultó que los dueños no contestaban el teléfono, sospechamos que estas personas tuvieron que trabajar demasiado y no pudieron seguir así, a pesar de que el ¡La señora hizo su trabajo muy bien y la comida fue excelente! Se cargó un cargo en nuestra tarjeta de crédito. Cuando preguntamos, no nos dieron respuesta sobre el motivo. Por eso no volveremos más a Maryciel.

Appartment was spotless staff were helpful and the guy who runs the snack bar at pool was so lovely ! Nothing was a bother for him reception staff were helpful and always polite would def come back ✈️ it was my first time here and loved it!❤️

I was very excited about this holiday because of all the great reviews! HOWEVER, There’s no denying that the grounds and hotel are lovely , but I have NEVER experienced staff like it, upon arrival we were told to come back at 2 pm , which is fine and expected. HOWEVER, the male on reception was having issues with other people’s bookings and was quite stressed and busy , so I waited to **POLITELY** ask if our room was ready , to which he aggressively STOOD OVER ME , POINTED IN MY FACE and shouted “LISTEN” and said he didn’t know when it would be ready and started going mad because he was busy… there wasn’t a face inside the reception and outside around the pool that didn’t drop in absolute shock and it has been the talk of the hotel ever since and we have been approached by pretty much everyone saying how disgusted they was. We hoped it was just one member of staff having a bad day , however the man at the bar was exactly the same, just not as aggressive, but rude and annoyed because it’s busy and just pure impolite. It’s just ruined the holiday to be honest , nobody wants to experience that from the minute of arriving , but more frustratingly experiencing the rudeness and misery of all the staff every single day of their holiday, so many frustrating guests. Just avoid , unless you’re only going there to sleep.
