Gemelos 20 - Beninter All Inclusive

We booked a 2 bed apartment through Beninter. The apartment was very roomy , clean and very comfortable. We had two bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with a bath. We arrived out of office hours and collected the keys from a key safe which was next door to the apartment block we found this very convenient. This was my 3rd time staying here and would definitely stay here again but booking through Beninter as they are the most convenient with key collection.

Overall very poor other residents very rude I tried to move a chair to sit on & a gentleman whom was described as the president by another rude resident after asking whom this individual was I can only assume that he was the president of the residence association but wow no manners what so ever I told him I didn’t speak Spanish but he & another resident continued to yell at me in Spanish I know I was in Spain but what’s the point in yelling at me when I didn’t understand what they was yelling about later it became apparent that they both spoke English but chose not too. The other thing was the way you have to pick the keys up I knew this but didn’t realise it would take so long when you have left the rest of the party on the street with the suitcases because you can’t even gain entry to the lobby area not the best experience & especially by the time I got to the property management company Fincas Benidorm fill out what seemed like an endless paper trail got the keys then got back almost 2 hours had elapse so not the best way to do things really especially when I had to try & work something out with them because on the last day rather than leave the key they wanted me too walk all the way back down or get a taxi there & back on the last day because they wanted me to drop the keys back in I said this isn’t expectable our transfer back to the airport was picking us up outside the apartment the reply was you more than welcome to go down to the office early Drop the keys & leave our suitcases & get the taxi to pick us up from there I said you kidding me in the end I ended up paying a extra €40 to keep the apartment for a extra couple of hours & they agreed a could leave the key in the apartment. So overall not a great experience. The apartment itself looked better on the photos it was very dated & tired the shower definitely needed a shower cubicle the shower curtain was pointless continuously flooding every time it was used the best thing about the apartment was the balcony was very nice & spacious.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento il ns era al 25°piano. Pulito,accogliente, dotato di molti accessori:lavatrice,forno, microonde, ferro e asse da stiro,frigo grande. Terrazzo verandato con una magnifica vista dove poter pranzare. Comoda la posizione nella parte della spiaggia di levante e vicino alla zona pedonale dove ci sono bar e negozi da dove si raggiunge con una veloce passeggiata la città vecchia. Bella piscina ma manca di bagnino. Parcheggio sotterraneo che però prevede un'altezza massima di 190cm collegato tramite ascensore direttamente all'edificio. Sarebbe utile spiegare bene l'utilizzo delle chiavi per accedere al parcheggio che non è così intuitivo sia per l'accesso che l'uscita con la macchina. L'unico appunto che devo fare è il divano letto matrimoniale che non è molto comodo e l'odore sgradevole che si sente dagli scarichi del bagno. Comunque lo consigliamo.
