"This was our second visit to Hotel Miraligo, the first being 5 years ago. We knew all about the steps so this wasn’t a problem for us. This time we had rooms with balconies, a must do for the fabulous view. Francesca was a great host & helped us with things we needed to do whilst in Bellagio. We also booked a hire boat through her brother whilst there. Our holiday was part of a 7 hotel tour & this hotel served the best croissants by a mile out of all of them! Ordering breakfast in the evening was a little strange to start with but we got used to it & doing it this way saves waste! We had beer & Prosecco on the patio in the new sheltered area every night & we’re even treated to the most spectacular storm! We will definitely go back here."

"The recidence L'ulivo is situated close to the tip of the peninsula where Bellagio stands, right behind the Villa Serbelloni. The residence is comfortable and functional, with all the most important facilities for an apartment hotel. The views are nice from the lake-facing rooms and some rooms share a large central balcony overlooking the lake. The pool and facilities at Villa Serbelloni are excellent and the ability to go in the water is a fun activity for older kids. The food is good and the service excellent, although as can be expected from a luxury hotel, a little expensive. The location is great, only a short walk from the heart of Bellagio with its tiny streets and waterfront restaurants. It is also convenient to boat trips and other activites. Parking is free and usually not full. All in all a great stay for a family of five, including one infant."

"Structure with excellent location with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Excellent cuisine (both owners are passionate about cooking) with fresh ingredients, bought at the market every day. Fantastic breakfast with lots of biscuits, brioches, croissants, cakes, etc., made in case. Beautiful garden with ample parking, swimming pool with ample space for deckchairs and sunbathing. Excellent and very kind service. Perfect structure for families, as children are welcomed and pampered as if they were the owners' children. Highly recommended."
