Good hotel but there are small things that they must change to improve the quality of service (bed sheets, spider web, cleaning of the electric kettles...). The rapidity of the check-in can be improved. Please don't forget the bottle of water...

Generally a good hotel with friendly staff, but unfortunately they are having regularly very noisy parties, if you plan to get any sleep before 01:00 a.m., then this is not the place to go to. Just to be clear: it's not that there were things going on in the near neighborhood that they can't control, they are throwing those party themselves, in their own backyard right under their own hotel rooms. Appearantly after 2 years of confinement and contact restrictions people have the incredible desire to be incredibly drunk and incredibly loud. But you have to make up your mind if you want to be a decent business hotel or a Robinson Club.

Ce bloc moderne à l'environnement sans intérêt le long d'une route, à 2 pas des fortifications et du centre ville n'inspire pas. Et pourtant tout est parfais pour une bonne nuit. Grand parking non clos. Accueil charmant. Belle chambre calme (côté parking), bureau, grand douche, wifi... Le restaurant 'indépendant est de la chaine "bureau". Bière à gogo mais tous les plats sont hypercaloriques. A choisir entre les 2 hôtels Accor (Novotel) je préfère ce Mercure

Hôtel bien situé dans Belfort. Accueil professionnel mais sans chaleur. Petit SPA sympa au dernier étage. Chambre confortable et bien agencée. Literie confortable. Petite salle de bain mais suffisante Petit-déjeuner correct sans plus pour le prix.

C'est bien. Le resto Au Bureau" est perfectible. Et, dans le quartier, il n'y a pas l'air d'avoir énormément de choix. Le vrai point noir c'est le wifi. Il marche hyper mal

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und ist von der Autobahn aus gut zu erreichen. Es bietet sich daher gut für ein stop-over an. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte und war sauber. Das wifi war gut. Allerdings muss man weiche Betten mögen. Ich gehöre nicht dazu und habe schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht geschlafen. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist gut. Das Gleiche gilt für das Frühstück.

Leider mussten wir hier übernachten da wir eine Autopanne hatten. Da wir hier am Samstag strandenten buchten wir uns für 2 Nächte zu einem akzeptablen Preis ein. Da unser Auto am Montag nicht repariert werden konnte verlängerten wir um eine Nacht. Obwohl uns vorher für diesen Fall eine mögliche Verlängerung in diesem Zimmer zugesagt worden war mussten wir in ein schlechteres Zimmer umziehen. Bei der Bezahlung wurde uns plötzlich für diese Nacht auch noch ein um 60€ höherer Preis berechnet ohne vorher darüber informiert worden zu sein. Wir hatten das starke Gefühl dass unsere Notlage hier kräftig ausgenutzt wurde. Das Personal war allerdings während der gesamten Zeit sehr aufmerksam.

Prima hotel. Zeer goed restaurant Au Bureau. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt. Goede ligging van hotel, vlakbij centrum oude stad.

Accueil sympathique, un parking avec pas mal de places. Pas très loin du centre historique de Belfort. La chambre était propre avec une literie correcte. Le petit déjeuner moyen. Par contre, et c'est plutôt incroyable, il est impossible d'aller au spa où à la salle de sport en passant par les escaliers ! Seulement l'ascenseur....
