Hotel perfecto que cumplió mis expectativas. A 15 minutos del centro y seguro.

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Check in was really slow, massive queue, told lady on reception we had a restaurant booking & needed to check in quickly. Her answer " should have come earlier". Werent told anything about breakfast times etc, Had booked a twin/quad room was given a room with double bed, totally not suitable for couple who don't sleep together!!! Had to make best of it as ina rush! Breakfast was a shambles, no one at entrance to show you to table, no hot food at all at one stage, tables not cleared or cleaned & floor really sticky, seats are grubby & need replaced. Staff seem to have a "couldn't care less attitude" Again at checkout no one at reception & people waiting to check in. Will not stay again, will go to Holiday Inn or Leonardo.

Have stayed here before and had a great stay but was not good this time, one rude man on bar and reception, drink price changed daily

A great location in the centre of Belfast on a quiet street literally a 3minute walk from all the shops and bars. On street parking was a bit of a hassle... But there is a good car park a short distance away which is busy but in the evening spaces become available. The hotel it's self is excellent rooms are basic but spotless and well kept and modern. The breakfast included in the price was excellent and there was some good drink deals at the bar before heading out.... Definitely will be back.
