La recepción es muy buena, las habitaciones son buenas y el precio es económico, adecuado para un viaje corto a Befa.

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Stayed here with friends. Great place to stay. Beds are comfortable. It's quite central just a small walk. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are a good size and are very clean. Had a couple of drinks in the bar. A nice place to relax. Overall very happy

Room was great, we booked a plus room . Everything clean, bed was comfy and was very quiet along the corridor. Staff were brilliant especially lady behind the desk at check in. We booked breakfast which was great, plenty of variety. Central location to the city centre. Car park attached to hotel is £2 per hour so be wary can get quite expensive if staying longer the a night. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The women at reception bonita & leona were absolutely amazing. They helped us out so much and made our trip so much better. I cannot recommend highly enough. They were so helpful and amazingly funny was good to feel so relaxed and welcome in a place away from home.

The location of the hotel is perfect , super close to the city centre which allows for easy travel and access. Jonathan and Bonita at the front desk were lovely! They also helped me store luggage on the last day as my flight was very late in the night.

Good central location. Under renovation so only one lift so there where long waits. Very small luggage room which quickly filled up. Do we had to leave luggage unsupervised at the end of our stay. Staff at the reception often missing at night time and no one to serve at bar. Nice room though and friendly staff.
