We have just stayed in Paloma Grida - great holiday, great hotel and great staff but can not give this man enough credit ! Always went over and above to make sure we had a great experience and always with a lovely smile @Yucel ! In the sea salt bar - adults only ! Made our tea time card playing one to remember - a lovely young man !!

The best hotel I have been. Renovated very nicely. Food is great, a lot of different options. Pools and beach is very nice. Adults and kids will be able to play in the water park. Staff is friendly, helpful, anytime will help if there will be questions. Animation team Yigit, Mehlika, Tugce, Roland and their director Olga are so nice, they always greet with the smile, their's various activities are very cool. As we were the first guests after renovation, they greeted us very hospitably with the flowers and champagne. We were pleasantly suprised.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was beautiful, super clean, and everything felt fresh and new. We felt amazing the whole time. The staff were all wonderful, especially the animation team. We had the most fun playing darts. The guy running the darts games was fantastic and made it even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time and definitely recommend :))

Very bad.. do not come here, no communication what so ever between depatments.. we are still at the hotel.. today they did not clean our room..even though we asked many times.. and we just came back it's 12AM and found our room not cleaned. Also very bad internet here.. for the same big amount we paid even less we can find a much better hotel with better service.

Great hotel was a bit dubious after some reviews after the refurb ! Have no worries hotel is great food is great Animation team are outstanding big shout out to Ataberk keeping everyone happy and the water polo games are a great laugh

The rooms were clean, and having the minibar restocked daily was a great touch. We loved the gorgeous pools and the ease of always finding available sunbeds by both the pool and sea. Grabbing a bottle of water at every turn without waiting was so convenient! The meals offering great variety and quality. The bars and bistros were on a high level, but it's truly the amazing, friendly, and helpful staff that made our experience. Every single employee we met was wonderful! The teenage club was fantastic, and the aquapark was a huge hit, ensuring our son had all his holiday needs met as well. We participated in several daily sports activities including morning yoga, core, and more workouts and gym. A special shout-out to the truly wonderful and kind trainers, İrem and Pınar, who made every session fantastic. This is exactly why I would come back again! Only one point if even possible to improve in this region, there was very warm water in all showers outside in the beach area or pool area so impossible to refresh yourselfe. Other than that everything was amazing, thank you very much!

The photos and description of the beach on the website do not match reality. The coastline is rocky, and the beach at the edge of the hotel is dirty — only the central part is clean. The hotel itself was dirty: a French fry that was lying under the elevator when we arrived was still there when we left. The elevator windows were constantly dirty, the TV in the room had visible cloth marks, and the hallway wasn’t vacuumed at all during our stay. The staff ignored guests, didn’t greet anyone, and the pool was being cleaned during dinner — the loud, squeaky cleaning tool made it hard to enjoy the meal. The waiters didn’t know the bar menu, didn’t speak English, and often brought something different than what was ordered. The toilets by the pool had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, there were few Russian tourists and the room itself was nice, although the bathroom lacked even a single hook — there was nowhere to hang a towel. For this price, I expected something entirely different. Below the real photo of the beach.

We are very happy with our stay so far. Staff are very helpful, the hotel is immaculate & the food quality & choice is excellent. The pools are well-maintained & plenty of fun-themed activities for the children. Overall, this is wonderful hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

Just coming to the end of an amazing 10 days at Paloma Grida. We have throughly enjoyed our stay here. Food is good, hotel and the pools are very clean. All the staff are amazing, especially Ezgi, Roland, Olaga, Abdullah and Mazlum who have gone above and beyond in looking after us. Thank you for a great holiday Paloma we will definitely be back
