Our stay at Selectum Noa Belek was truly unforgettable! The hotel’s location, right by the sea, its lush gardens, and clean beach were all impressive. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. The food catered to every taste — we were especially pleased with the variety at dinner. What made our holiday truly special, however, was the animation team. A heartfelt thank you to the animation chief, Mr. İbrahim. His warm smile, energy, and professionalism made each day more enjoyable. Thanks to him, the daily activities, evening shows, and parties were all lively and perfectly organized. His leadership and genuine approach stood out and made a real difference. There was never a dull moment during our stay. The kids’ club, pool games, beach activities — everything was thoughtfully arranged. In short, I highly recommend Selectum Noa Belek to anyone looking for peace, fun, and high-quality service. Hope to be back again soon!

The beds and pillows are quite hard. Staff is incredibly nice and always ready to help. Food is quite nice, could be more seafood options. Despite few issues, we really liked staying in this hotel.

The waterpark was fantastic, not too crazy all kids can go on to it. The kids club wonderland was excellent lots of things for children to do of all ages including babies. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, love the little compliments of chocolates and Turkish delights. We will definitely come back soon.

We were at the hotel for 11 nights in June as a family of 4 travelling from the UK. The food was tasty and the only thing we found to be 5 star here. The best part of the hotel is the beach over the bridge where you can rent a cabana for 50 euro a day. The service we got there from the chap behind the bar was amazing and he was really funny! The staff here are rude, I’ve never experienced anything like it before in a large hotel, let alone one that is meant to be 5 stars. At meal times, free for all. Sit if you can find a clean table, and fetch your own drinks. The restaurant staff just look miserable and ignore you. The bar staff, in particular the main lobby bar, pick and choose who they serve. Order a cocktail one night, they’ll avoid you like the plague the next. Not even subtle about it. The guys at the bar down by the aqua park at least spoke to you like you existed! The staff on reception are disinterested and guest relations were rude. App doesn’t work and it took us 3 days to work out where everything was because they don’t tell you a thing. One evening when I needed to get some more cash out to pay the doctor for my unwell 3 year old daughter (they didn’t take card in the DRs) and the bank machine outside was broken, when I asked if there was any other machines nearby or if she had any suggestions she shrugged at me and said ‘what do you expect me to do’ ? No duty of care for customers at all. In summary, the hotel is clean, and the pools are nice, the food tasty. I can’t understand why the staff are so rude and unfriendly. A lot of friends who had recommended turkey to us are trying to reassure us we just chose a bad hotel. We are just so disappointed when we booked our holiday to feel a little spoiled and left not just unhappy but insulted.

When we arrived at the Noa Selectum Hotel, we were truly impressed by its beautiful appearance – both from the outside and inside. The hotel has a luxurious and inviting atmosphere that immediately catches your eye. However, when we were shown to our rooms, we were surprised to find only one bed for four people. After informing the staff, we were told that an additional bed would be brought in within 15 minutes – unfortunately, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. The second room we had was not properly cleaned. There was mold in the shower and stains on the curtains, which was quite disappointing. The housekeeping service was also inconsistent – they came very late during the first days and only after we repeatedly reminded them. On the positive side, the food was good and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The à la carte restaurants are also worth visiting. The beach is beautiful, and the pool areas are great for relaxing. The evening shows were fun and entertaining. The reception staff is friendly, although many of them don’t speak English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. All in all, it’s a visually stunning hotel with lots of potential, but service and cleanliness should be improved to match the high expectations.

Horrible. Don't come here. Hotel is understaffed which showes on room quality !!! Previous reviews i was writing on 1st day with passive insist of receptionist which guided me through review Just DO NOT COME HERE!
